4. Safety Instructions

5. Setup

6. Operating Instructions

1. Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
2. Preheat: Turn the adjustable thermostat to your desired temperature setting. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is heating. Allow 3-4 minutes for the grill to preheat. The indicator light will turn off when the desired temperature is reached.
3. Place Food: Carefully place food directly onto the preheated non-stick grill plate.
4. Use Lid: For juicier results and to reduce splatter, place the tempered glass lid over the grill while cooking.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the grill and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Remove Thermostat: Detach the adjustable thermostat. Do not immerse the thermostat in water.
3. Empty Drip Tray: Carefully remove and empty the non-stick drip tray. The drip tray is machine cleanable.
