Caution: The blade is extremely sharp. Handle with care to avoid injury.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Slicer does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outlet not active; power switch off. Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check power outlet with another appliance. Turn power switch to ON position.
Slices are uneven or difficult to cut. Blade is dull; food not properly chilled; incorrect slice thickness setting; food not secured. Ensure food is firm and chilled. Adjust slice control knob. Secure food with the food holder arm. If blade is dull, consider professional sharpening or replacement.
Slicer moves on countertop during operation. Non-slip feet not gripping; surface is wet or oily. Ensure countertop is clean, dry, and free of oil. Press down on the slicer to engage suction cups.
Motor sounds strained or overheats. Overuse; cutting excessively hard items; food jammed. Do not operate for more than 10 minutes continuously. Allow motor to cool. Avoid cutting frozen or extremely hard items. Clear any food jams after unplugging.
