Setup
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. The food mill consists of the main bowl, a rotating arm with a handle, and interchangeable perforated discs.
- Select Disc: Choose the appropriate perforated disc (2.0 mm or 3.0 mm) based on the desired consistency of your food. The 2.0 mm disc is suitable for fibrous foods like asparagus or leeks, and for processing with peels. The 3.0 mm disc is ideal for applesauce, jam, baby food, and fine mashed potatoes.

Operating Instructions
- Prepare Food: Cook or soften the fruits or vegetables you intend to process. For best results, ensure they are tender.
- Load Food: Place the prepared food into the food mill bowl. Do not overfill; process in batches if necessary.
- Begin Milling: Turn the handle of the rotating arm clockwise. The food will be pressed through the perforated disc, separating the pulp from skins, seeds, and fibers.
- Scraping Function: The patented scraping function on the underside of the disc helps to keep the holes clear and ensures continuous processing.
- Reverse Rotation (Optional): If the disc becomes slightly clogged, you can briefly rotate the handle counter-clockwise to clear it before resuming clockwise rotation.
- Collect Puree: The processed puree will collect in the pot or bowl placed underneath the food mill.

Maintenance
