  4. Place the cutting blade onto the shaft inside the grinder head, ensuring the sharp edge faces outwards towards the grinding plate.
  5. Select the desired grinding plate (coarse or fine) and place it over the cutting blade, aligning the notches.
  6. Screw the locking collar onto the grinder head until it is hand-tight, securing the blade and plate.
  7. Place the hopper onto the top of the grinder head.
  8. Your grinder is now assembled and ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Before operating, ensure all parts are correctly assembled and the appliance is on a stable surface.

  5. Feed the prepared food into the hopper. Use the food pusher to gently guide the food down into the grinder head. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push food.
  6. Continue feeding food until all items are ground.
  7. Once grinding is complete, turn the grinder OFF and unplug it from the outlet.

Tips for Grinding:

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your food grinder.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble the grinder head by unscrewing the locking collar and removing the grinding plate, cutting blade, and grinder head from the motor housing.
  3. The detachable hopper, grinder head, grinding plates, cutting blade, food pusher, and sausage stuffer attachment are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Alternatively, wash them in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry immediately to prevent rust on metal parts.
  4. The motor housing is not immersible. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
