Operating Instructions
This grinder is designed to grind whole coffee beans. It can grind enough beans for 4 to 12 cups of coffee.
- Add Beans: Remove the transparent lid. Add the desired amount of whole coffee beans into the grinding chamber. Do not fill past the MAX fill line (if present) or exceed the 12-cup capacity.
- Secure Lid: Place the transparent lid securely onto the grinder. The grinder will not operate unless the lid is properly seated.
- Grind: Plug the grinder into a standard electrical outlet. Press and hold the safety on/off switch to begin grinding.
- Monitor Grinding: Observe the grinding process through the transparent lid. The longer you hold the switch, the finer the grind will be.
- For coarse grind (e.g., for French press): Grind for approximately 5-10 seconds.
- For medium grind (e.g., for automatic drip coffee makers): Grind for approximately 10-15 seconds.
- For fine grind (e.g., for espresso): Grind for approximately 15-20 seconds.
Note: Grinding times are approximate and may vary based on bean type and desired consistency.
- Stop Grinding: Release the safety on/off switch to stop the grinding process.
- Remove Grounds: Unplug the grinder from the outlet. Carefully remove the lid and pour the freshly ground coffee into your coffee maker or storage container.

Care and Maintenance
