- Clean: Before first use, wipe the nonstick baking pan and the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are dry before assembly.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to allow for proper ventilation. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit.

- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a 120-volt AC, 60 Hz electrical outlet. The rotating pan will begin to turn immediately upon plugging in, as there is no on/off switch for rotation.
Operating Instructions
The Pizzazz Plus Rotating Oven does not require preheating, saving you time and energy. The cooking process begins as soon as the unit is plugged in and the timer is set.
- Prepare Food: Place your food (e.g., pizza, chicken nuggets, egg rolls) directly onto the nonstick rotating pan.
- Select Heating Elements: Use the control switches to select your desired heating configuration:
- LOWER: Activates only the bottom heating element, ideal for crisping crusts.
- UPPER: Activates only the top heating element, suitable for browning toppings.
- DUAL: Activates both top and bottom heating elements for comprehensive cooking. This is the recommended setting for most foods.
- Set Timer: Turn the timer knob clockwise to the desired cooking time. The timer can be set for up to 20 minutes. The heating elements will activate once the timer is set.
- Monitor Cooking: The transparent viewing window allows you to observe the cooking progress without opening the lid.
- Completion: When the timer reaches zero, it will signal with an audible alert and automatically turn off the heating elements. The rotating pan will continue to turn until the unit is unplugged.
- Remove Food: Carefully remove the cooked food using appropriate utensils. The pan and heating elements will be hot.
Cooking Tips:
- For rising-crust pizza, use the LOWER heating element for 10-12 minutes initially, then switch to DUAL for the remaining cooking time.
- For a crisper crust, bake with DUAL elements, then finish with a few minutes of LOWER-only heating.
- To give toppings extra cooking time, leave the UPPER element on for a little longer as needed.
- Cooking times may vary based on food type, thickness, and desired doneness. Adjust as necessary.
