4.1 Front Panel

  • Power Button: Turns the console on or off.
  • Open Button: Opens the disc tray cover.
  • Reset Button: Restarts the console.
  • Controller Ports (1 & 2): Connect SEGA Saturn controllers.

4.2 Top Panel

  • Disc Tray: Insert SEGA Saturn game discs here.

4.3 Rear Panel

5. Setup

  1. Connect AV Cable: Insert one end of the AV cable into the AV Output port on the rear of the SEGA Saturn console. Connect the other end to the corresponding Audio (white and red) and Video (yellow) input jacks on your television.
  2. Connect Power: Insert the AC power cord into the AC Input port on the rear of the console. Plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. Connect Controller(s): Plug your SEGA Saturn controller(s) into Controller Port 1 (for single-player games) or Port 1 and Port 2 (for two-player games) on the front of the console.
  4. Insert Game Disc: Press the OPEN button to lift the disc tray cover. Place a SEGA Saturn game disc onto the spindle with the label facing up. Close the disc tray cover firmly until it clicks.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On and Off

  • To Power On: Press the POWER button on the front of the console. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  • To Power Off: Press the POWER button again. The power indicator light will turn off.

6.2 Starting a Game

  1. Ensure the console is powered on and a game disc is inserted.
  2. Select the correct AV input channel on your television.
  3. The game should automatically start. If not, navigate to the "Start Game" option in the system menu using your controller and press the A button.

6.3 Using the Controller

The SEGA Saturn controller features a D-pad, six face buttons (A, B, C, X, Y, Z), Start button, and two shoulder buttons (L, R). Refer to individual game manuals for specific button functions.

6.4 Saving Game Data

The SEGA Saturn console includes internal memory for saving game progress. Some games may also support external memory cartridges (sold separately) for additional storage. Follow in-game instructions for saving your progress.
