1. Introduction

3. Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your PlayStation 2 console:
- Connect the AV Cable: Insert the multi-out plug of the PlayStation AV cable into the AV Multi Out port on the back of the PlayStation 2 console. Connect the yellow (video), white (left audio), and red (right audio) RCA connectors to the corresponding input jacks on your television or receiver.
- Connect the Power Cord: Insert the AC power cord into the AC IN connector on the back of the PlayStation 2 console. Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Connect the Controller: Plug the DualShock 2 controller into one of the controller ports on the front of the console. The console has two controller ports.

4.1. Inserting and Removing Discs
- To open the disc tray, press the EJECT button located on the front of the console.
- Place the game disc or DVD/CD with the label side facing up onto the disc tray spindle.
- Gently close the disc tray by pressing the EJECT button again or by pushing the tray inward.
- To remove a disc, press EJECT, lift the disc carefully, and then close the tray.
4.2. Playing Games
After inserting a game disc and powering on the console, the PlayStation 2 will typically boot directly into the game. If not, navigate to the 'Browser' option from the main menu and select the disc icon.
4.3. Playing DVDs and Audio CDs
