4. Operating Your Grill
Charcoal Preparation:
Arrange charcoal briquettes on the charcoal grate. For best results, use a chimney starter to light the charcoal. Once the briquettes are covered in a light gray ash, they are ready for grilling.

Temperature Control:
The grill features adjustable dampers on the lid and bowl to control airflow and regulate temperature. Open the dampers for higher heat and close them to reduce heat or extinguish coals.

Cooking:
