1. Introduction

Important Safety Instructions

  • Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open as this can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy.
  • Do not heat liquids or other foods in sealed containers as they are liable to explode.

2. Setup and Installation

2.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the microwave oven from its packaging. Remove all packing materials, including any protective film or tape. Check the oven for any damage, such as dents or a misaligned door. If any damage is found, do not operate the oven and contact customer support.

2.2 Placement

Place the microwave oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven. Maintain a minimum clearance of 4 inches (10 cm) from the top, back, and sides to allow for proper airflow.

2.3 Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage and frequency match the specifications listed on the appliance's rating label. Do not use extension cords or adapters.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Setting the Clock

  1. Press the 'Clock' button.
  2. Use the number pad to enter the current time (e.g., 12:30).
  3. Press the 'Clock' button again to confirm.

3.2 Basic Cooking (Time Cook)

  1. Place food in a microwave-safe container inside the oven.
  2. Close the door securely.
  3. Enter the desired cooking time using the number pad.
  4. Press the 'Start' button.

3.3 Power Level Adjustment

To adjust the power level, press the 'Power Level' button after entering the cooking time, then select the desired power level (e.g., P-70 for 70% power) using the number pad or dedicated buttons.

3.4 Defrost Function

The Microwave I offers both time defrost and weight defrost options. Refer to the control panel for specific instructions on selecting and using these functions.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning

4.1 Cleaning the Interior

After each use, wipe the interior of the oven with a damp cloth to remove food splatters. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

4.2 Cleaning the Exterior

Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid getting water into the ventilation openings.

4.3 Turntable Care

The glass turntable and roller ring can be removed for cleaning. Wash them in warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the oven.
