- Audrey Berman: A San Francisco Bay Area native, Dr. Berman holds a BSN, MS, and PhD in nursing from the University of California San Francisco. She has extensive experience in oncology nursing and a long teaching career, serving as dean of nursing at Samuel Merritt University. She is a coauthor of multiple editions of this textbook and Skills in Clinical Nursing.
- Shirlee Snyder: A graduate of Columbia Hospital School of Nursing and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Dr. Snyder earned her MS in nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and a doctorate in education from the University of San Francisco. She has held numerous academic positions and coauthored previous editions of this textbook.
- Geralyn Frandsen: Dr. Frandsen graduated from DePaul Hospital School of Nursing and earned her BSN from Maryville College, followed by an MS from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a doctorate in higher education and leadership from Saint Louis University.
