MAINTENANCE
PRODUCT USING STEPS
- Rotate the atomization main body against the time
- Make up the atomization subject and essential oil bottle upward, take out the atomization main body and essential oil bottle
- Hold the essential oil bottle rotate the clockwise clockwise, and separate the essential oil from the atomized subject (up to 100)
- Tighten the essential oil bottle and atomize the subject clockwise
- Put in the atomization main body and tighten it clockwise

Equipment maintenance
In order to ensure that the best -scent effect is achieved, customers are requested to check and maintain the equipment every six months. When the new incense or extension effect needs to be replaced, the equipment must also be maintained:
- Undurn off the use of the essential oil bottle.
- Pour the appropriate amount of alcohol into the essential oil bottle and clean it.
- After cleaning, pour a small amount of alcohol, install the essential oil bottle on the equipment, and start the equipment for 5 minutes to 8 minutes.
- After the equipment is cleaned, turn off the power.
Add and replace essential oil
- Rotate and take out the atomized head
- Rotate and remove the special bottle
- Add the essential oil to the special bottle.
- Put back the atomized head and start setting.
Essential oil use instructions
- Please stop the device for 2 minutes before adding the essential oil again. After the essential oil inside the atomized head returns, the essential oil bottle is unscrewed.
- The amount of essential oils is recommended to be controlled within 45 days to avoid deterioration of essential oils due to oxidation.

I purchased a Waterless Scent Diffuser Starter at the end of June and was initially very pleased with its performance. However, two days ago the unit suddenly stopped functioning. When I attempted to turn it on, it flashed and beeped three times before shutting off completely.
Following the troubleshooting guidelines, I attempted to clean it with alcohol, but unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue. While handling the device to investigate further, I carefully removed the top, but a small plastic component inside snapped off in the process.
I am very disappointed, as this is not an inexpensive product and I expected greater durability and reliability. I would appreciate a replacement unit, as this one has clearly become nonfunctional through no fault of my own and is still well within the warranty period.
Please let me know the next steps to initiate a replacement. I can provide the order confirmation and serial number if needed.
