Instructions
- Step 1: Rotate the atomizing head counterclockwise and take it out.
Step 2: Pour the essential oil into the atomizing bottle.
- Step 3:Tighten the atomizing bottle onto the atomizing head.
- Step 4: Tighten the atomizing head and start using the diffuser.
Note: When adding essential oils, do not exceed the MAX line of the atomization bottle’s capacity.

Safety Instructions
- If you are not a technician, do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the equipment to avoid damage. In case of abnormal operation, refer to the troubleshooting instructions. If issues persist, contact support via email.
- When adding essential oils, do not drip them into the device exterior. Do not invert or tilt the device during use. If the device needs to be transported, perform maintenance and cleaning first, empty the bottle, and pack it securely to prevent essential oil leakage.

- First, pour an appropriate amount of alcohol into the atomizing bottle for cleaning and let it dry (alcohol is used here as a cleaning agent to effectively remove residues and dirt inside the atomizing bottle).
- After cleaning the atomizing bottle, pour a small amount of alcohol into it again. Tighten the assembled atomizing bottle and atomizing head onto the diffuser, then turn on the device and run it for 5-8 minutes (this step allows alcohol to pass through the atomization system, thoroughly cleaning the precise pipes inside the atomizing head).
- After the cleaning run is complete, unscrew the atomizing bottle and atomizing head. At this point, there may still be residual alcohol on them. Place them in a well-ventilated area to allow the alcohol to dry and evaporate naturally. This step is crucial, as residual alcohol may affect the scent and effectiveness of essential oils used subsequently.
Why isn’t the essential oil atomizing?
When adding essential oils each time, note the following tips.
Replacement of Essential Oils
- When adding essential oils, do not exceed the MAX line of the atomization bottle. This is to prevent the essential oils in the bottle from being overfilled, which may cause the oils to surge due to air pressure, potentially submerging the atomization hole, producing gurgling sounds, and affecting the atomization effect. Additionally, before and after adding essential oils, turn off the diffuser and let it stand for at least 5 minutes to allow all the essential oils in the atomizing head to flow back into the atomization bottle before restarting the diffuser.
- Prohibited to pour in other liquids! Do not mix fragrance oils with different ingredients to avoid chemical reactions between components in some inferior oils, which may cause corrosion of the atomization core or block the precise atomization system of the diffuser! If the equipment is blocked and fails to atomize, please refer to the maintenance methods in [Precautions/Maintenance] of this manual for deep cleaning of the atomization pipeline. Troubleshooting Matrix
- After powering on, the diffuser does not operate or runs without atomizing
- Check if the machine has a low battery. Connect the Type-C power cable to charge.
- Charging status: Gear indicator light flashes cyclically.
- Fully charged status: Four gear indicator lights remain on.
- Low battery status: Gear indicator lights flash three times then shut down.
- Device runs, but there is no mist or very little mist.
- Check if the correct waterless aroma essential oil is being used. Avoid adding water or using oils designed for humidifiers.
- Ensure the bottle, atomizing head, and device body are fully tightened to maintain an airtight seal.
- Check the schedule settings in the Bluetooth App. Ensure the device is not outside its programmed operational schedule.
- Check for clogs. Feel for air pressure at the air outlet. Perform the deep cleaning alcohol routine if clogged.
- Ensure the oil level is above the minimum 5% capacity.
- The fragrance is not strong enough.
- Choose high-concentration waterless essential oils (recommended concentration up to 85%).
- Increase the mist/work time via the manual button or the App.
- Place the machine near a natural air intake or pathway to carry the dry mist across the room.
- Maintain at least 3 feet of clearance above the diffuser.

Kindly Note - The atomization frequency of the diffuser can be manually set by adjusting the operation time (Operate) and pause time (Pause) to control the concentration of the fragrance. You can also use the preset atomization time shortcuts (-) and (+) for quick settings
- If you need to power off during working hours, please click the “power off” button in the App. Or Touch Button to Turn off
- Touch and hold the button for 3-5 seconds again to exit the purple light, which means exiting Bluetooth mode.) The machine will switch to the button mode
