Quick Setup & Use

  1. Choose an installation location: avoid direct sunlight, keep within your Wi‑Fi router range, and ensure the camera covers the area you want to monitor.
  2. Install the bracket: attach the mounting bracket to the wall using screws.
  3. Mount the camera: place the device into the bracket, secure it with the bottom screw, then fasten the screw after adjusting the angle.
  4. Install the Arenti app: scan the QR code in the manual/app download section, or search for “Arenti” in the App Store / Google Play.
  5. Open the app and register (new users create an account and follow on-screen setup).
  6. Power on the camera. A flashing red status light indicates the camera is ready for pairing.
  7. Pair the camera (choose one method):
    • QR code on device: In the app, tap + >> Scan Code, then scan the QR code on the device casing.
    • Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth on your phone, then tap + >> Add Device or Add and complete the on-screen pairing steps.
    • QR code in app: Tap + >> Add Device or Add, select the camera icon, reset the device, connect the camera to Wi‑Fi, then scan the QR code shown in the app.

Note: To reset the device, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. The camera will beep when the reset is complete.

Installation

  • Choose a location that gives you the desired field of view. Consider the following factors:
    • Avoid direct sunlight.
    • Keep the device within range of your Wi-Fi router.
    • Do not point the front of the lens toward plants or porch lights. Also avoid pointing it at a busy road.
    • Install the camera 2–3 meters above the ground. This height is close enough to clearly see a person’s face and communicate with them through the camera. Make sure the camera covers the area you want to monitor.Arenti-GO1-Security-Camera-Fig- (3)
  • Install the bracket and the camera:

Product configuration

Scan the QR code to download and install the Arenti application. You can also search for “Arenti” in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Registration

Open the application. If you are a new user, tap to create a new account and follow the instructions to complete the account setup.

Note: Before creating a new account, please read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use carefully.

Powering on the Device
Turn on the camera. A flashing red status light indicates that the camera is ready for pairing.

Pairing Method 1: Pairing via QR Code on the Device
In the application, tap “+” >> “Scan Code”, then scan the QR code located on the device casing.

Note: During pairing, place the camera and the phone close to the router. If the camera does not show a slow blinking red light within 30 seconds after turning on, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the device. Then start the pairing process again in the application.

Pairing Method 2: Pairing via Bluetooth

  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
  • In the application, tap “+” >> “Add Device” or “Add”. The device will be searched for using Bluetooth and will appear on the screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the pairing process.

Pairing Method 3: Pairing via QR Code in the Application 

  • In the application, tap “+” >> “Add Device” or “Add”, then select the icon that matches your camera.
  • Reset the device and ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection. Connect the camera to the Wi-Fi network.
  • Use the camera to scan the QR code displayed in the application on your phone. For best connectivity, place your router, phone, and device close to each other.

If no device is found and the pairing process is not successful, please follow the instructions below:

  • Make sure the camera is in pairing mode.
  • Ensure that the Wi-Fi network is set to 2.4 GHz.
  • Verify that the entered Wi-Fi password is correct and that the mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Check for network activity on your Wi-Fi connection.

Note: If you have multiple cameras, please repeat the steps to add devices one by one. To change the Wi-Fi network, please restore the camera to factory settings and then follow the steps again to add the camera.

Safety Information

Power Adapter Safety 

  • The power plug is intended to serve as a disconnect device. Do not drop the power adapter or expose it to impact.
  • If the power cable is damaged (for example, if the wire is exposed or broken) or if the plug becomes loose, stop using it immediately. Continued use may cause electric shock, short circuit, or fire.
  • Do not touch the device or the power adapter with wet hands, as this may result in electric shock, short circuit, or malfunction.

Child’s Safety 

  • Follow all safety precautions related to children. Allowing children to play with the device or its accessories may be dangerous.
  • The device and its accessories are not intended for use by children. Children should only use the device under adult supervision.

Operation Safety 

  • Use the device only under the recommended humidity and temperature conditions.
  • Do not point the device directly at strong light sources (such as lamps or sunlight) while focusing, as this may reduce the lifespan of the CMOS sensor and cause overexposure or flickering.
  • Follow local laws and regulations and respect the privacy and legal rights of others.

Battery Safety 

  • Your device contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and should be replaced only by a qualified service provider.
  • Do not disassemble, open, crush, bend, deform, puncture, shred, or attempt to access the battery.
  • Do not modify or rebuild the battery, insert foreign objects into it, or expose it to water or other liquids. Do not expose it to fire, explosion, or other hazards.
  • Do not use the battery if its casing appears damaged, swollen, or compromised. This includes, but is not limited to, leakage, odor, dents, corrosion, rust, cracks, swelling, melting, or scratches.
  • Do not dispose of the battery in regular household waste or landfill trash. When disposing of the battery, follow local laws and regulations.

Troubleshooting

  • Camera does not enter pairing indication: After turning on, if the camera does not show a slow blinking red light within 30 seconds, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the device, then start pairing again in the app.
  • Resetting the device: Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. The camera will beep when reset is complete.
  • Pairing not successful / no device found:
    • Ensure the camera is in pairing mode.
    • Confirm your Wi‑Fi network is set to 2.4 GHz.
    • Verify the Wi‑Fi password is correct.
    • Ensure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi‑Fi network.
    • Check Wi‑Fi network activity.
  • Multiple cameras: Add devices one by one. To change the Wi‑Fi network, restore the camera to factory settings and then repeat the steps to add the camera.
