Whiteboard Mode:
To enter Whiteboard Mode, press the corresponding button on the remote control. Use the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons to adjust the camera zoom level. Tap the Menu button to access additional settings.

Touch Navigation:
Use the touch navigation to interact with the menus and options on the screen. Tap on items to select them or navigate through different settings.

Back Button:
Press the Back button to exit the current menu or mode and return to the previous one.

Mute
To mute or unmute the microphone, press the Mute button on the remote control.

Charging
Connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the remote control for charging. Make sure to fully charge the remote control before initial use.

Pairing with Insta360 Connect:
To pair and connect with Insta360 Connect, press and hold the Insta360 Connect button on the remote control. Follow the on-screen instructions for pairing.

Product Appearance

1	Whiteboard Mode	• In meeting with Privacy Mode off: If the whiteboard settings* have been set before the meeting, press the button to display the whiteboard area directly. If this has not been set before a meeting, press the button to activate whiteboard recognition and display the whiteboard area. • Privacy Mode on: the button will do nothing.
2	OK	Confirm options or prompt when setting.
3	Zoom In	The camera zooms in. Tap or hold to zoom in.
4	Zoom Out	The camera zooms out. Tap or hold to zoom out.
5	Menu	Wake Up sidebar shortcut menu, tap again to close the sidebar.
6	Touch Navigation	• Navigate menu items when setting. Touch or press to navigate.
7	Back	Exit the current menu or mode and return to the former one.
8	Mute	Mute or unmute the microphone.

Whiteboard Settings: Click the Menu Button of the remote control, enter the sidebar, choose Settings > Camera > Whiteboard Settings, and set according to the interface.

9	Gallery Mode	• In a meeting with Privacy Mode off: Press to switch to Gallery Mode. Press it again to exit this mode and switch to Manual Mode. • Privacy Mode on: the button will do nothing.
10	Speaker Tracking	• In a meeting with Privacy Mode off: Press to enter Speaker Tracking mode. Press it again to exit mode and switch to Manual Mode. • Privacy Mode on: Press to open the camera, and the camera switches to Speaker Tracking mode.
11	Group Framing	• In a meeting with Privacy Mode off: Press to switch to Group Framing mode. Press it again to exit this mode and switch to Manual Mode. • Privacy Mode on: Press to open the camera, and the camera switches to Group Framing mode.
12	Volume Up	Tap or long-press to adjust the volume up.
13	Volume Down	Tap or long-press to adjust the volume down.
14	USB-C Port	Connect the power supply to charge the remote control.

Connecting Insta360 Connect
First connection: After powering on Insta360 Connect, a pairing screen will appear. Long-press the Menu Button and Whiteboard Button on the remote control to pair and connect with Insta360 Connect.

• Pair a new remote control:
  • A: Click the Bluetooth button on Insta360 Connect to open the pairing menu. Long-press the Menu Button and Whiteboard Button on the new remote control at the same time to pair and connect; this will unpair with the old remote control at the same time.
  • B: Click the Menu Button of the remote control, enter the shortcut sidebar, choose Settings > Peripherals > Pair a new remote control, and pair according to the prompts on the interface.
• Standby and reconnection: The remote control enters standby after 3 hours of idling. Pick up the remote control and press any button to activate it again.

Charging

• Charging specification：5V/600mA

Charging methods：

•  The remote control can be charged with a phone or tablet adapter or a power bank.
• Use a USB-C cable to connect the remote control to your computer for charging.
• Connect the remote control to Insta360 Connect with a USB-C cable to charge the remote control.

Note: The 1.8m and an optional 10m USB C-C cable equipped with Insta360 Connect, as well as USB C-C copper cables for phones or tablets, support remote control charging.

Notes:

1. Fully charge the remote control before using it for the first time.
2. Do not let the remote control come into contact with any liquid; do not get it wet. If the inside of the product comes into contact with water, chemical decomposition may occur, potentially resulting in a battery fire or explosion.
3. Do not drop or strike the product. Do not place heavy objects on the product.
4. The product should be charged in temperatures from 0℃ to 45℃ ,nd  be stored from -20℃ to 40℃ . o not use or store rthe emote control in extremely hot environments. High or low temperatures may affect battery life.
5. If the product is not used for a long time (e.g., 3 months or longer), the battery may be depleted. Please charge the product to turn it on.
