Product Usage Instructions
- Download the Aqara Home App from the Apple App Store, Google Play, Xiaomi GetApps, Huawei App Gallery, or scan the QR code provided.
- Add the product to Aqara Home by plugging the hub into a USB-A port for power, ensuring the phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Open the Aqara Home App, follow the prompts to bind the device.
- Add the product to HomeKit by opening the Apple Home App, scanning or manually inputting the HomeKit setup code, and binding the device to HomeKit.
- Bind Child Devices: Follow the sub-device manual requirements and App guidance for Zigbee hub function and Thread sub-device connection.
- This product is not a toy. Keep children away from it.
- Designed for indoor use only. Do not use in humid environments or outdoors.
- Avoid moisture and spills on the product. Do not place near a heat source.
- Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Seek authorized personnel for repairs.

- The Hub M100 is a new and extremely cost-effective Zigbee/ Thread dual-protocol Aqara hub.
- It supportsconnecting sub-devices of the Zigbee and Thread protocols, and supports the Matter Controller and ThreadBorderRouter functions.
- It can connect bound Zigbee sub-devices to the third-party Matter ecosystemasaMatterBridge.
- Itsupports2.4GHzWiFi6wirelessnetworkingandcan easily discover and bind devicesthroughAqara’sMagicPairtechnology.
- The Hub M100ispoweredbyaUSB-Ainterface,iscompactinsize,andisflexibletoinstall.

Add Product to Aqara Home
- PlugthehubintoaUSB-Aportthatcanprovidepower,andmakesurethephoneis connectedtoa2.4GHzWi-Finetwork.
- Whenthestatusindicatorisflashingyellow, opentheAqaraHomeApp,thedevicewillbeautomaticallydiscoveredanddisplayed ontheApp,clickthediscovereddevice,andfollowtheApppromptstobind.
- Orclick “+”intheupperrightcorneroftheApphomepage,select”HubM100″tobind,and afterasuccessfulconnection,thestatusindicatorwillbeblueandsolid.
- Pleaseplaceyourphoneasclosetothehubaspossibletoconnect,andmakesure thatthephoneandthehubareonthesameWi-Finetwork.
Add Product to HomeKit
