As with any bright light source, do not stare into the beam, RG1 IEC 62471-5:2015.
The product complies with IEC 60825-1:2014 Class 1 and RG1 IEC 62471-5:2015.
Complies with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 except for conformance as a Risk Group 1 LIP as defined in IEC 62471-5:Ed. 1.0. For more information see Laser Notice No. 57, dated May 8, 2019.

Notice is given to supervise children and to never allow them to stare into the projector beam at any distance from the projector.
Notice is given to use caution when using the remote control for starting the projector while in front of the projection lens.

Notice is given to the user to avoid the use of optical aids such as binoculars or telescopes inside the beam.

Thank you for choosing the APPO FA01 Laser Display Projector.
Read this manual carefully before use, and retain it for future reference.
Illustrations of product, accessories, and user interface in the user manual are for reference purposes only. Actual product and functions may vary due to product enhancements.

The symbol is intended to alert you to read the instructions before operating and maintenance in the literature accompanying the product.

Preventing Electric Shocks and Fire Hazards:

Only use the provided genuine power adapter.

Unplug the projector from the electrical outlet during thunderstorms or when it is not being used for a long time, so as to avoid damage caused by a power surge or lightning strike.
Do not place any flammable objects near this projector so as to avoid fire.

Do not block any of the vents as this may cause heat build-up inside the projector, and possibly result in a fire.
Do not block the lens when the projector is turned on. Any object placed close to the lens may get very hot and/or deformed, and may even cause a fire.

Safety Precautions

Do not place this projector on an unstable platform, stand or table so as to prevent it from falling and causing serious damage or personal injury.
Do not look directly into the lens when the projector is turned on to avoid eye damage.

Do not attempt to disassemble this projector as it may contain dangerous high voltage components. This projector must only be maintained and repaired by a qualified or authorized technician.
Do not expose this projector to rain or moisture (operating humidity is 20%‒80%).

Do not immerse this projector in, nor expose it to water or other liquids. Immediately unplug the projector if any liquid or object got into its housing, and have it checked by a qualified technician before using it again.
Do not place this projector in any of the following environments:
- In poorly ventilated or narrow spaces.
- Near devices that produce a strong magnetic field.
- Near devices that produce a strong magnetic field.
- In direct sunlight.
- In extremely hot, cold or humid environments.
- Close to a fire alarm.

Exterior

Caution

The air vents allow the air to exchange internally and externally. Do not place any objects within 20 cm of the air vents.
Do not look directly into the lens to avoid eye damage as the projector will emit strong light during working.
If you plan to mount the projector on a suspended ceiling, make sure to select the right screws and bracket for it.

Remote control button mapping

	Switches the projector between on and standby mode
	Menu: Display teh OSD (On Screen Display) menu
	HOME: Displays the home screen.
	Navigation buttons: Cursor UP/LEFT/RIGHT/DOWN/OK.
	Call up information related to reading files.
	Back: Press to move back through menus.
	Inputs: Display/Select signal source options.
	Connects to YouTube (internet connection required).
	Connects to NETFLIX for viewing online Monitors shows and films (Internet connection required).
	Remote control focus, up and down key adjustment.
	Adjust your projector’s sound.

Changing and inserting batteries

Slide the cover down to open the battery compartment on the backside of the remote
Insert two AAA batteries
Slide the cover back on and close the compartment

Pairing the remote

When pairing the remote for the first time, follow the instructions shown in the projection.
To pair the remote manually with the device, press and hold the power button on the WE
BEAM for more than 5 seconds, then follow the instructions.

Auto Focus

Go to Settings > Picture > Focus and select Execute Focus, the screen will focus and once it is finished you can press the front or back button on the remote control for further fine-tuning.
Go to Settings > Picture > Focus and select the Auto Focus switch, when it is enabled, moving the projector will automatically trigger the screen to focus.

Note:
The menu page will be updated from time to time, and the current app version shall prevail.

Keystone Correction

Go to Settings > Picture > Keystone Correction > Keystone Correction, and use the up and down buttons to select Quick Adjustment, Fine Tuning, and Reset, then press the OK button to enter the correction mode.
Go to Settings > Picture > Keystone Correction, to configure Auto Keystone. Auto Keystone is enabled by default.
If the projector is moved, it will start automatic keystone correction and the projected image will be adjusted automatically.

Bluetooth Connection

Press the button to display the man menu. Press to switch between the options of Network & internet, Bluetooth, Pictl.re, Sound, System About Press to jumps to the corresponding sub-option on the right.

Press to enter the Bluetooth configure menu.

Frequently Used Menu

Press to cosplay the home menu, to select desired app and to open the focused app. Presskey to enter the Pre-app if Netflix or Youtt.be is selected. Press key to enter the parent menu then to switch between the Apps, Inputs and Settings. key to enter the corresponding sub-menu and key to back to its parent. (Exit) key to disappear Home menu.
