Power button

• Power on: press about 3S, the indicator light turn on;
• Power off: press about 3S, the indicator light turn off;

Introduction of Indicator

Light Bluetooth indicator

1. The blue light acts as the Bluetooth indicator.
2. Bluetooth startup failed, the light is not on.
3. Bluetooth starts normally, is not connected, flashing, turns on for 500ms and turns off for 500ms.
4. Bluetooth starts normally, is connected and the light is always on.

Transaction status indicator

1. The yellow light is used as the transaction status indicator.
2. When card swiping, or insert IC card and other transactions are started, the light is always on.
3. When the card is swiped successfully and the IC card is read successfully, the light is off.
4. When exiting the transaction, the light goes out.

Power indicator
Green light and red light indicate power. All States of the power indicator are only valid in the non trading mode. When entering the trading mode, turn off the power indicator and switch the light state to the trading mode.

1. Low power: the green light goes out and the red light flashes. 500ms off, 500sm on.
2. Charging: red light on, green light flashing, 500ms off, 500ms on.
3. Full: There is an external power supply, and the red light and green light are on. No external power supply, red and green lights off.

Operation mode

Bluetooth Connection Method: The device is in the boot state and the power is sufficient. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone. When the mobile client prompts to select the Bluetooth device, select the device name (see last 8 digits of device serial number) and enter the matching password (last 4 digits of Bluetooth name).

Operation mode of magnetic card:

1. Connect mobile phones;
2. When swiping the card, please face the front of the card toward yourself. The swiping action should be stable and uniform.
3. Please keep the clamp close to the bottom of the slot and swipe it horizontally.

IC card operation mode:

1. Connect mobile phones;
2. Insert the IC card, please put the IC card chip up and insert the terminal along the arrow direction shown above.

Notes

1. Safety precautions: This machine can only work with the specified power adapter(5V/1A), do not use other power supply instead, otherwise it may cause abnormal or even damage to the machine; do not heat, burn or put into the water; in case of thunder and lightning weather, please cut off the external power supply of this machine.
2. General precautions for using this machine
   • Do not place the machine in fire or water
   • Do not work or store in an environment where the temperature is too high or too low.
   • Do not disassemble the terminal privately. Please bear the consequences of disassemble privately.
   • After the battery has reached its service life, it can not be discarded at will. Please handle it properly according to local environmental protection requirements.

Indicate LED Notice

1. Bluetooth indicating method
   • The blue LED is the indicator of the Bluetooth connecting state
   • If the Bluetooth chip power fail, the LED would not light up:
   • If the Bluetooth power success without connected, the blue LED will blink with a 0.5S period;
   • If the Bluetooth power success with connected, the blue LED will turn on all the time.
2. Transaction State indication
   • The Red/Yellow/Blue lights are the indicator of the transaction state indication
   • If the terminal starts the MSR, ICC or NFC model for waiting card holder in transaction, the Blue led will be turned on all the time
   • If the terminal is reading the MSR, ICC or NFC information from the card holder, the Yellow led will be turned on
   • If the transaction is done, the Red led will be turned on 3.
3. The security state indication
   • All the LEDs are blink all the time If four LEDs are blink, the terminal is in a tampered state or Non-activated state, which means the terminal is malfunction.

Common troubleshooting

No card reader/client side running error can be detected after connecting terminals

Make sure the card reader is power on and Bluetooth is connected. Check whether the client site is downloading on the correct website.

Failure to swipe card

Make sure the terminal is connected to the mobile phone correctly, check the current operation is swiping or not? check the swiping slot is clean or not? check the card is damage or not? change the way of swipe card?

Misreading of magnetic stripe data

Swipe smoothly along the slot; check whether the magnetic strip side is facing back to the terminal when swiping; check whether the slot is aligned

Recurrent operation still fails to read card information

Please confirm the applicability of the mobile phone again (see the official website for details). If necessary, please contact the terminal supplier for consultation.
