Quick Setup and Use

  1. Connect the temperature sensor: use the supplied NTC10K waterproof probe (L=1m).
  2. Provide power using one supported option: 12V/24V/220V AC/DC.
  3. Set start temperature (P0): press the Setting button to enter the menu (default to P0), press Setting again, then use Up/Down to set the desired start temperature.
  4. Set stop temperature (P1): in the menu, use Up/Down to select P1, press Setting again, then adjust with Up/Down.
  5. (Optional) Calibrate temperature (P2): select P2, press Setting to enter calibration, then set the offset value using Up/Down.
  6. (Optional) Set delayed start (P3): select P3 and set the delay time (minutes) using Up/Down (recommended 3–6 minutes for compressor-based refrigeration; otherwise leave at 0).

Parameter Configurations & Functions

P0: Start-up Temperature Setting
Press the Setting button to enter the internal menu. The display will default to P0. Press the Setting button once more, then use the Up and Down buttons to set your desired start temperature.

P1: Stop Temperature Setting
Press the Setting button to enter the internal menu. When P0 is displayed, use the Up or Down buttons to select P1. Press the Setting button again, and adjust the target stop temperature using the Up and Down buttons.
P2: Temperature Correction (Calibration)
Press the Setting button to enter the internal menu, then switch to P2 using the Up or Down buttons. Press the Setting button again to calibrate. Use the Up and Down buttons to enter the offset value.Calibration Formula: Detected Temperature + Calibration Temperature = Actual Temperature
  • If the detected temperature is 0.5°C higher than the actual temperature: Set P2 to -0.5°C
  • If the detected temperature is 1.0°C lower than the actual temperature: Set P2 to 1.0°C

P3: Delayed Start Setting
Press the Setting button to enter the internal menu and switch to P3 using the Up or Down buttons. Press the Setting button again and set the delay time in minutes using the Up or Down buttons.
Note: This function is typically used for compressor-based refrigeration systems (like refrigerators or freezers) to protect the motor. A delay of 3 to 6 minutes is recommended. If you are not controlling a compressor, leave this set to 0.

Operating Modes

Heating ModeRule:Start-up Temperature (P0) < Stop Temperature (P1) The system automatically determines it is in heating mode when P0 is configured lower than P1.

Example Scenario:
Control a water heater to turn off when the temperature reaches 50°C and restart heating when the temperature drops back down to 40°C.

  1. Verify that the heating rule is met: Start-up (40°C) is less than Stop (50°C).
  2. Press the Setting button, enter the menu, select P0, and adjust the value to 40°C.
  3. Press the Setting button, enter the menu, select P1, and adjust the value to 50°C.

Cooling ModeRule: Start-up Temperature (pø) > Stop Temperature (Pl). The system automatically determines it is in cooling mode when P0 is configured higher than P1.

Example Scenario:
Control a cabinet radiator to turn on when temperatures reach 30°C and stop cooling once the temperature drops to 26°C.

  1. Verify that the cooling rule is met: Start-up (30°C) is greater than Stop (26°C).
  2. Press the Setting button, enter the menu, select P0, and adjust the value to 30°C.
  3. Press the Setting button, enter the menu, select P1, and adjust the value to 26°C.

Troubleshooting

Common Fault: Incorrect Settings
If you set your temperature values upside down (e.g., configuring heating parameters with P0 > P1), the output indicator light will remain off and the connected load will not work. Check the temperature values in your P0 and P1 settings if the system is unresponsive.

Factory Reset Solution
With the controller powered on, press and hold both the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds. Once the digital tube displays888, The controller will automatically return to real-time temperature detection, indicating a successful factory reset.
Sensor Error Codes
  • Display “LLL”: Indicates a temperature sensor probe failure. Please inspect, repair, or replace the waterproof probe.
  • Display “HHH”: Indicates that the ambient temperature has exceeded the controller’s detection range. Relocate the unit to an appropriate environment.
