Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: CALUMMA Installation Using Yoke

1. Be sure to use fasteners suitable for your mounting surface.
2. Drill holes into the surface following the provided dimensions.
3. Secure the Yoke of the fixture to the surface using washers, spring washers, and screws.

Step 2: Cable Gland Installation

1. Thread the cable through the gland as shown in the picture, but do not assemble the gland yet.
2. Use a wrench size 22 for cable gland M20x1.5 and size 16 for cable gland M12x1.5.
3. Installed cable glands individually and stripped the specified lengths for cable connections.

DALI Connection:

• Power Connection: Black (L), Red (+), White (N), Orange (-), Green/Yellow (0V)

DMX Connection:

• Power Connection: Black (L), Red (+), Blue (N), White (-), Green/Yellow (Shielding), Data 0V (0)

US Connection (Junction Box Not Included)

DALI Connection:

• Power Connection: Black (L), White (+), Green/Yellow (-)

DMX Connection:

• Power Connection: Black (L), Red (+), White (N), Orange (-), Green/Yellow (Shielding), Blue (Data +), Data – (-), Data 0V (0)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The fixture must be installed by a qualified electrician under all national and local electrical and construction codes and regulations. This device falls under class one and must be grounded!

STEP 1 CALUMMA INSTALLATION USING YOKE

• Use fasteners that are appropriate for use with your mounting surface
• Drill the holes into the surface according to the given dimensions.
• Fasten the Yoke of the fixture to the surface by two washers, spring washers and screws.
• Use an Allen key to release a tilting lock on each side of the luminaire and adjust the tilt of the LED module in the range of +180°/-180°.

STEP 2 CABLE GLAND INSTALLATION

• Slip the cable through the gland according to the picture below, but do not assemble the gland yet.
• Use wrench size 22 for cable gland M20x1.5
• Use wrench size 16 for cable gland M12x1.5
• Install Cable glands individually!
• Strip these lengths for cable connections.

STEP 3 CALUMMA S CONNECTION – CE (JUNCTION BOX IS NOT PART OF THE PACKAGE)

• A) DALI
• B) DMX
• C) DMX or ETHERNET via E-Box
• D) Power ON/OFF

CALUMMA S CONNECTION – US (THE JUNCTION BOX IS NOT PART OF THE PACKAGE.)

• A) DALI
• B) DMX or ETHERNET via E-Box

DMX connection

• NOTE: The DMX line of Calummas S has to be terminated at the last fixture.
• Connect a 120-Ohm resistor between terminals + and – in the junction box at fixture.
• Ensure ONLY the last fixture in the line is terminated. If connected to E-box Star, the last fixture on each line needs to be terminated.
• C) Power ON/OFF

STEP 4 CABLE GLAND INSTALLATION

• Assemble the cable gland according to the picture.
• Use wrench size 22 for cable gland M20x1.5
• Use wrench size 16 for cable gland M12x1.5
• Install Cable glands individually!
• We recommend applying an adequate layer of the paste LOCTITE 5331 on the plastic holder of the cable gland before inserting it into the body of the gland and an adequate layer of the paste LOCTITE 577 on the thread of the gland body.
• Failure to properly install cable glands will result in a watertight seal!

STEP 5 INSTALLATION OF ACCESSORIES

1. Screw-out 2 screws from the cover plate.
2. Remove the cover plate.
3. Place the accessories (TOPHAT, HALF TOPHAT, OPTICAL DEMO SET) onto the luminaire and centre it.
4. Fasten the accessories (TOPHAT, HALF TOPHAT, OPTICAL DEMO SET) to the luminaire by the 2 packed-in washers and screws.

Only for OPTICAL DEMO SET

• Slide the Optical foil into the space of Optical Demo Set.

FLOOR STAND

• Place the luminaire on the tenon on the Floor Stand.
• The Luminaire is fastened by one washer, one flexible washer, and one closed nut.

POLE ADAPTOR

• Installations on POLE(diameter 76-116mm) with two screws.
• Installation on FLAT POLE with two screws.
• Installation on POLE (diameter 76-116mm) with zip ties. Maximum width zip ties is 20mm (not included packing).
• Drill three holes into the surface according to the given dimensions.
• Insert the cable gland into the middle hole.
• Pole Adaptor must be installed with two holes up
• Fasten the Pole Adaptor on the surface by two screws, spring washers and washers.
• Fasten the Luminaire on the Pole Adaptor by three screws, spring washers and washers.
• Drill three holes into the surface according to the given dimensions.
• Insert the cable gland into the middle hole.
• Pole Adaptor must be installed with two holes up
• Fasten the Pole Adaptor on the surface by two screws, spring washers, washers and spacers.
• Fasten the Luminaire on the Pole Adaptor by three screws, spring washers and washers.

Outdoor Foil Holder only for Calumma OFH

• Remove the cover sheet from Calumma.
• Assemble the Outdoor Folil Holder according to the picture.

LAND SPIKE

• Place the luminaire on the Land Spike. The Luminaire fasten with one washer, one flexible washer, and one svr, according to the picture.
