Operation – As a Steam Mop
- Important: Always switch off and unplug the appliance when refilling the water tank, or when not in use.
- Never remove the water tank filling cap whilst in use.
- Ensure the Micro Fibre Pad is fitted before use.
- To prevent damage to the floor never use the steam mop without the micro fibre pad fitted.
- Important: To minimise potential mineral build-up and prolong the life of your Steam appliance, it is recommended that distilled or de-mineralised water be used in the Water Tank.
- A common maintenance need for steam appliances is the removal of scale build-up caused by high mineral content in many municipal water supplies.
- This mineral build-up limits the effectiveness and reduces the life of your Steam appliance.
- If distilled or de-mineralised water is not available, then the Water Tank, Water Heater, and Trigger Handle inner components should be cleaned at least once a month to remove any scale deposits that form.
- This will help to extend the life of your Steam Appliance and keep it functioning at its maximum potential.
- Refer to section “Reduced Steam Flow” for cleaning instructions.
- Remove the water tank filling cap by lifting the front tab and peeling the cap backward as shown.

- Fill a jug with 1000ml (1 Litre) of fresh clean cold water and carefully pour it onto and around the domed cap in the top of the filling aperture as shown below.
- Refit the cap and push it down firmly ensuring it is fully seated.

- Ensuring the power cord is fully unwound, insert the plug into the power point and switch on the power point.
- The indicator light behind the Steam Symbol
on the control panel will illuminate Red colour indicating that the heater is heating, and the display will show 00.
A few seconds later, when the heater is ready, the light will change to Green Colour and the display will show L1 (Steam Rate Level). - To start the Steam generation, press and hold the “Steam Standby” button
for 2 seconds and the water pump will start to pump the water ready for heating.

- Once there is enough water pressure in the system, the pump will stop until the Steam Trigger on the Flexible Hose Handle is squeezed.
There are three Steam Rate settings being Level 1 (L1) Lower Steam Rate, Level 2 (L2) Mid Steam Rate and Level 3 (L3) High Steam Rate.
Note: the default setting is “L1” Steam rate.
Note: To pause the Steamer, press and hold the “Steam Standby” button
for 1 second and the unit will pause indicated by the display flashing 00.

User Maintenance
WARNING: The appliance must be switched off and the plug must be removed from the power point before any maintenance, cleaning or replacement of the Microfibre Pads or Tools etc.
Cleaning the Micro Fibre Pad & Steamer Cloth
- The Microfibre Pad and Steamer Cloth must be cleaned regularly for the best cleaning performance.
- Simply wash them in warm mild soapy water, rinse in clean fresh cold water and let dry.
- The Micro Fibre Pad and Steamer Cloth may be washed in a washing machine on a Normal Wash.
- DO NOT scrub or Tumble Dry the Micro Fibre Pad or Steamer Cloth.
Reduced Steam Flow
Should there be a build-up of scale etc. the flow of steam will be restricted and there may be small particles of scale left on the surfaces being cleaned.
The scale needs to be cleaned away as follows:
Disconnect from the power supply and wait for the appliance to fully cool down.
Do Not leave the appliance unattended during the scale removal process and/or while in use.
Cleaning solution
- Prepare a solution of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 tap water and add to the water tank.
- Remove all tools from the flexible hose handle.
- Plug the unit in and switch on. Set the Steam Rate to High (L3).
- Hold the flexible hose handle with the opening facing into the sink and squeeze the trigger.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that the steam released from the flexible hose handle is aimed into the sink and cannot do any harm to surrounding surfaces, objects, pets, people, etc. - Let the Steamer continue to produce steam until the vinegar/water solution is used up.
- Repeat the above procedure as many times as necessary until a normal steam flow rate is achieved.
- After cleaning, the water tank and pipes etc. need flushing out with clean water.
- To do this, fill the water tank with fresh clean water then let the Steamer continue to produce steam until the fresh water is used up to ensure a good flush.
Note: After each limescale removal we recommend performing a test clean on a suitable isolated area to ensure that there is no debris left in the system.
Cleaning the Steamer Tools
- Do not clean the Steamer, components and tools with petrol or any other flammable liquids, solvents, etc.
- Use only a moist cloth and mild detergent for cleaning the Steamer.
- Clean only the outside of the Steamer.

Press the Steam Standby Button for 2 seconds. Ensure the Lock is deactivated on the handle and squeeze the trigger. Allow approximately 30 seconds for the water to pump through with the trigger squeezed. Add water to the water tank. Clean the steam path |
| Cannot turn off
when pressing the Standby Button |
The Steam Standby Button has not been pressed long enough. | Press the Steam Standby Button for 1 second. |
| A small amount of water is ejected instead of steam | This is normal when first heating up and the trigger is squeezed. | This is normal |
| Indicator Lights will not come on. | Power Not Switched On. | Switch On at power point. |
