Product Usage Instructions
Setup
- Gently remove the nozzle set from the machine’s bottom.
- Unscrew the essential oil bottle.
- Add oil directly or use a standard oil bottle.
- Screw the essential oil bottle back on.
- Reinstall the nozzle set.
- Long-press the power button for 2 seconds to start diffusing.
Usage Guidelines
Choose mist level and timer settings based on room size and desired fragrance intensity. Use appropriate essential oils and ensure the bottle is securely attached for optimal mist output.
Cleaning Instructions
Cleaning Method 1:
- Remove the nozzle set.
- Use tweezers to take out the straw and atomizer core.
- Soak the straw and atomizer core in 75% alcohol for at least 30 minutes.
- Wipe them dry with a cloth and reinstall back into the diffuser.
Cleaning Method 2:
- Remove the nozzle set.
- Fill the essential oil bottle with 75% alcohol (at least half full).
- Screw the bottle tightly onto the nozzle.
- Install the nozzle properly.
- Turn on the machine in H mode.
- Block the mist outlet hole with your finger for 5-10 seconds, repeat multiple times to clear the blockage.
Precautions
- Use 100% pure essential oils.
- Use oil-based essential oils without impurities.
- Dilute oils with carrier oils if needed.
- Clean the diffuser monthly or when changing oils to maintain performance.

How to Use
- Gently remove the nozzle set from the machine’s bottom.
- Screw off the essential oil bottle.
- Add oil or use your own standard oil bottle directly.
- Screw on the essential oil bottle.
- Install the nozzle back.
- Long-press the power button 2S to enjoy your fragrance.
- The diffuser is compatible with 5/10/15/20ml standard essential oil bottles.
- Please ensure to screw the bottle tightly, otherwise there may be no mist.
- Please use the certified adaptor from the branded manufacturer when charging.
How to Clean
Cleaning method 1:
- Remove the nozzle set.
- Use tweezers to remove the straw and atomizer core.
- Put the straw and atomizer core in 75% alcohol for more than 30 minutes.
- Wipe the straw and atomizer core with a dry cloth.
- Install the straw and atomizer back into the diffuser.
Cleaning method 2:
- Remove the nozzle set.
- Refill 75% alcohol into the essential oil bottle (at least half a bottle).
- Screw the bottle onto the nozzle tightly.
- Install the nozzle properly.
- Turn on the machine and choose H mode.
- Block the mist outlet hole with your finger for 5-10 seconds.
- Repeat blocking the hole for 5-10 times, and the airflow will take the blockage out.
Make sure the atomizer core, straw, and essential oil bottle are screwed on tightly when installing; otherwise, it may be difficult to diffuse.
Methods 1 and 2 could be applied separately or together. If a serious clog happens, apply the two methods together.
Precaution
- Use 100% pure essential oils.
- Use oil-based essential oils.
- Use high-volatile oil without impurities.
- Dilute oil with carrier oils.
- Clean the diffuser monthly or when changing oil or when performance declines.
- DO NOT use thick oil(eg, Camphor tree/Agarwood/Sandalwood). DO NOT use water-based oil or resin oil.
- DO NOT use perfume.
- DO NOT dilute with water.
- DO NOT expose essential oil to direct sunlight; the oil may thicken and be difficult to mist.
- Always keep the diffuser in a vertical position after adding essential oil to avoid oil leakage.
- Please make sure to remove the essential oil bottle and keep the oil properly during transportation; otherwise, it may cause oil leakage and damage to the diffuser.
- For mquieteruse, ensure the device is 6 feet away.
- Always screw on the straw and bottle tightly; otherwise, the diffuser may not work．
Warning
- Please use and maintain the diffuser in accordance with the instructions strictly.
- Do not dilute essential oil with water.
- For long-distance transport, please remove the essential oil and keep the oil separately.
- Please clean the machine with alcohol within 1-2 months of use. After the essential oil is added, the diffuser cannot be turned over or tilted.
- Please do not modify or disassemble the product to avoid machine damage.
- Please use it when the temperature is 10℃-50℃.
- Please remove the oil bottle and keep the oil separately if not in use for an extended period.
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
- There is an anti-leak device inside the nozzle; the nozzle will rattle when shaken. This is a normal phenomenon.
- The atomization performance varies due to different types of essential oils.
- If a serious clog happens, two cleaning methods should be used together.
Troubleshooting
The diffuser doesn’t work?
- Make sure the diffuser is fully charged. Long-press the power button 2S to turn on the diffuser.

No mist or scent comes out?
- Make sure the diffuser is working. Follow Question 1 to check whether the diffuser is working.
- Make sure the straw and atomizer core are tightly attached to the nozzle.
- Make sure the oil bottle is screw on tightly.
- Make sure your oil is not water-based and not thick oil.
Something rattling inside, it seems like a piece is broken inside?
It is not a broken piece. The loose part inside the diffuser is an anti-leakage device; it will make sounds when shaking.
How to clean the diffuser?

How do I know if the machine is fully charged?
The power button light flashes when charging and stays on when fully charged.
The machine does not respond when turned on.
Long-press the power button for 2 seconds to turn the diffuser on.
Why is there no mist while the machine is working?
- Make sure you are not using the thick oil, or you didn’t dilute the oil with water, which will make the oil difficult to diffuse.
- Clean the diffuser according to the cleaning method.
- The light and angle have an impact on the vision of mist. Try to change the light and angle.
The diffuser leaks oil?
- Make sure to tighten the bottle and nozzle.
- Make sure the sealing ring is installed correctly and tightly.
- The machine can not be tipped over after adding essential oil.
The diffuser keeps turning on and off?
The diffuser is designed to work for a certain time(15/60/90S) and then pause for a certain time(165/120/90S). Please refer to the mist & timer section for more details.
