Important Safeguards

- Wash the product before first use and after each use.
- The product is oven-safe and can withstand temperatures up to 450 °F (232 °C)
- Never cut food directly in the pan or gouge the ceramic non-stick surface in any way.
- With use, the ceramic non-stick surface may become slightly darker. Slight surface marks or abrasions are normal and will not affect the performance of the ceramic non-stick coating.
- Overheating can cause brown or blue stains. This is not a defect in the product. It occurs from using a too high heat setting (typically in an empty or minimally filled pan).
- Food films that were not properly or fully removed from past baking will also cause discoloration to the pan when reheated.
- Before baking, grease the baking surface evenly with non-stick cooking spray, a thin layer of butter, or line with oven-safe parchment paper or aluminum foil. However, non-stick cooking spray may create an invisible buildup on the surface of the pan that will affect the pan’s non-stick properties.
- Avoid using metal utensils as these can damage the ceramic non-stick coating.
- Always use suitable heat-resistant wooden or synthetic utensils.
Cleaning
- Clean all parts thoroughly in warm soapy water. Let all parts dry after cleaning.
- Soak the product in warm soapy water to remove dried-on residue. For stubborn residue, use a soft nylon brush.
- The baking sheet is dishwasher-safe. Hand washing is recommended for the cooling rack.
- Do not use sharp or abrasive cleaning tools for cleaning.
- Do not place in the oven during the self-clean cycle.
