Troubleshooting Guidance

  1. Optimile Simpoint preset not visible: Use the ACE service installer firmware upload flow: open firmware upload, download AHP_OPTIMILE_SIMPOINT_CFG.tcf, load it as firmware for the charging device, then apply the configuration manually by configuring the link wss://proxy.optimile.eu/services/ocp. After that, proceed with the connectivity settings.
  2. Connection fails / no data seen: The manual notes that the manual configuration steps (using the wss link) “may not be necessary,” but “could be used as a potential troubleshooting step if the connection fails.”
  3. Device not sending data to Mobiflow: Check the logging tab. If you do not see many green log entries with the two-arrow logo, refresh logging if necessary. Also ensure you clicked “Save” after each ACE step before reboot.
