Pairing Instructions Troubleshooting Quick Guide
Step 1
Access the iPad/iPhone Settings > Bluetooth menu.
Ensure BT is on.
Step 2
Access the Druglike Main Menu: press the Ʌ & V buttons together on the idle screen and navigate to Configuration > Alco CONNECT > Configure
Step 3
Press the V button, ensure BT is enabled if not already. Press the V button again until page 5 is displayed. The screen will start to populate with devices.
Step 4
DO NOT select a device from this screen. It will be done from the App.
Step 5
Open the App, navigate to Settings > Pairing > Scan The App will search for the Druglizer serial number. When it is displayed, select “Pair”. The iPad/iPhone will request the pairing pin. Enter the pin displayed on the Druglizer. Select Pair.
The Druglizer will display “Paired”.
Step 6
For ‘Full Test Mode’, go to ‘Settings’, select the Druglike device, set expiry date and begin testing.
Quick Test Mode is currently not supported in Druglizer.
Step 1
On the iPad/iPhone, select Settings > Bluetooth. Select the 
icon next to the Druglizer serial number and select ‘Forget This Device’.
Step 2
Access the Druglizer Main Menu: press the Ʌ & V buttons together on the idle screen and navigate to Configuration > Alco CONNECT > Forget. Select Forget. The Druglizer and Android phone/tablet are now unpaired.
Step 3
Follow steps 1 – 6 of the Pairing Instructions (see left hand side) to re-establish a connection between devices.
Testing Instructions
Step 1
Select the appropriate ‘Site’ from the dashboard, listed in white boxes with the Site name.
Step 2
Select ‘Add Test’ on the top left.
Complete all donor information.
All fields are required.
Step 3
Tap the Donor Signature section to select test type and donor medication if any. Donor must sign the Agreement.
Step 4
Select Drug Test once donor information has been completed.
Complete the drug screening using the LE5 Druglizer.
Step 5
The result will transfer to the app and populate the results screen.
Step 6
The donor must sign the Declaration form.
The Certification form will then pop up for the Collector to sign.
Step 7
The app will now display the Site section again and the test listed as completed in green.
Follow the above steps if completing more than one test.
Step 8
Once the testing session is complete, sign the Summary form. Both signatures are required. After signing, select ‘back’ on the top left of the form.
Step 9
Select ‘Sync’ on the top of the screen. Ensure you have internet connection.
Access the Alco CONNECT platform to view results and reports.
