Product Usage Instructions
To use the C600S TRII EXCEL CARTS, follow the steps below:
- Ensure that the power supply is a 120-volt source.
- Refer to the wiring diagram provided in the user manual for proper connection of the components.
- Install the 30A 4 wire male plug hubbell into the power source.
- Connect the red neon indicator lights to the appropriate terminals.
- Use insulated crimp snow caps to secure and insulate the connections.
- Assemble the pods according to the provided diagram and connect them to the corresponding terminals.
- Utilize the self-stripping tap/run wire connectors to connect wires of different sizes.
- Make use of the male/female disconnect terminals for secure and
easy disconnection of wires. Terminate the base wires according to the specified wire range and color code. - Ensure proper grounding, neutral, and line connections as indicated in the wiring diagram.
- Use the provided tubing, heat shrink to protect and insulate the wires.
