Precautions
- Before your start, please inspect the hand nut riveter and accessories.
Make sure they are all intact. - Before your start, please check if there is any foreign matter on the mandrel.
- To avoid damage to threads, do not tighten too much with a wrench.
- Maintenance of the machine:
For long time storage, the foreign parts of the mandrel need to be cleaned and coated with a little anti-rust oil or lubricating oil. - Keep the hand nut riveter and accessories away from Children.

NOTE:
Once you have determined the hole size, the hand nut riveter must be equipped with the appropriate mandrel and a matching-size nosepiece.

How to use the Scale Identification
- Initial State
The top of white line should be at 0mm when the handles are closed (Fig 1).
- Stroke Check
Open the handles, the top of white line is at 6mm( Fig 2), so the working stroke is 6mm, the nut height will be decreased 6mm after riveting.
Working Stroke Adjustment
- Fully open the handles to thread the nut onto the mandrel stem.
- Loosen the locking nut.
- By rotating the outer sleeve outwards(Fig4), the working stroke will become longer, by rotating the outer sleeve inwards(Fig4), the working stroke will become shorter.
- Close the handles slightly until the rivet nut get a force, confirm the working stroke or adjust the suitable working stroke again.
- Tighten the locking nut.
- Make sure the rivet nut is always at the bottom of the mandrel stem.
How to work
STEP 1: 
Open the handles to thread the rivet nut onto the mandrel stem.
STEP 2:
Put the rivet nut into the hole and close the handles to rivet.
STEP 3:
Rotate the installation knob counterclockwise to release the rivet nut tool after riveting.
Changing Mandrels
Use a matched wrench to remove the nosepiece. 
Push the sliding sleeve back and hold it down. Rotate the mandrel to remove it.
Push the sliding sleeve back and hold it down, screw the mandrel. 
Thread on and tighten the nosepiece, release the sliding sleeve. 
Ready to rivet.
