Quick Setup & Use

  1. Assemble and connect the device by performing the screw attachment or double-sided adhesive attachment.
  2. Disconnect the indoor unit.
  3. Connect the Aidoo to the Wi‑Fi W950 terminal of the indoor unit using the supplied cable.
  4. Power the indoor unit, then check the LEDs in the Self‑diagnosis section.
  5. Start the pairing process by pressing (5) (Start/Stop association process). The LED remains solid red until the device is included in the network.

  • Device to manage and integrate units remotely. Wireless Zigbee connection. The Aidoo Zigbee by Airzone, with the 3.0 standard, operates in any Zigbee network with other Zigbee-certified devices and controllers from any other manufacturer.
  • As a constantly powered node, it will act as a repeater regardless of the vendor in order to increase the reliability of the network.

ASSEMBLY AND CONNECTION

  1. Perform the assembly following the next steps:
    • a. Screw attachment.

  2. Disconnect the indoor unit.
  3. Connect the Aidoo to the Wi-Fi W950 terminal of the indoor unit using the supplied cable.AIRZONE-Aidoo-Zigbee-Controller-FIG-11
  4. Power the indoor unit. Check the LEDs (see Self-diagnosis section).
  5. Start the pairing process by pressing 5. The LEDAIRZONE-Aidoo-Zigbee-Controller-FIG-7 remains solid red until the device is included in the network.

Troubleshooting

  • Need to confirm Zigbee connectivity: Check the self-diagnosis Zigbee icon—steady blue indicates connected to the Zigbee network, while blinking red indicates TX/RX communication with the Zigbee.
  • Pairing/association issues: During linking/identification mode, the linking icon shows fast blinking red. If the linking icon is steady red, the device is linking/identified.
  • Ensure the association process is started (press (5)) until inclusion completes (LED no longer remains solid red).
  • No data exchange with the indoor unit: Check “A” (data transmission to the IU) and “B” (data reception from the IU) indicators—A blinking red and B blinking green indicate activity.
  • Device activity/power: Microprocessor activity blinks green under the processor icon; the power icon should be steady red for power supply status.
