2.3 Preparation for use and placement environment
1. Upon receiving the machine, first check whether the packaging is intact. If damaged, consult the logistics provider and call our company directly.
2. Before use, remove all packaging components, such as wooden boards, protective films, foam, and zip ties.
3. Place the machine at your business location. It must be dry, well-ventilated, away from heat sources, sheltered from rain, protected from low temperatures, safe from water splashes, and situated on a solid and stable ground, elevated 20cm from the wall.
4. After placing the machine, let it sit for over 30 minutes before turning on the power to ensure it operates correctly. To initiate cooling, the machine should remain idle for 4-5 hours; otherwise, it may affect the compressor. At room temperature, the machine consumes 60W, with a maximum cooling power of 420W.
5. Products for sale shall be compatible with the corresponding spiral vending tracks.

The size of the items shall not exceed the gap between the
springs.

Since the vending tray is tilted after loading, do not lift the springs as it may cause the products to drop automatically.

.

Items shall not be wider than the vending slot.

Do not touch the tray above.

After loading the items. Check and confirm that the items are correct, lock the vending cabinet, and store the key securely.

When the vending slot is malfunctioning and the angles are inconsistent, do not pull on the springs. After retesting the vending slot, allow the springs to reset.

1. When restocking, wipe the exterior of the vending machine with a dry cloth. If there are heavy stains, wipe with a damp cloth or a diluted solution of neutral detergent. Do not use organic solvents or alkaline liquids for cleaning, as these may cause the panel to crack. Do not use paint solvents or banana oil and other chemical reagents to avoid accidents (use wind essence instead).
2. When cleaning the inside of the machine cabinet, turn off the main power switch to safely clean the slots and delivery channels. Cleaning tools should only include soft cloths, cotton swabs, soft brushes, and other non-metal tools. For models with an evaporator, it should be cleaned monthly. If necessary, rinse with clean water. Remove the baffle and clean dust from the radiator gaps with cleaning tools.
3. The vending machine’s ground fault circuit interrupter should be tested monthly. Press the test button on the ground fault circuit breaker, which will automatically switch to the “Off” position. If the test is normal, turn off the switch and reconnect the power after 3 minutes.
4. If there are oil stains or foreign objects on the machine, clean them thoroughly to avoid affecting the machine’s normal operation.
