Charging Instructions
Use the original charger provided in the package to charge the device. Ensure the device is fully charged before initial use.
Power On/Off and Screen Saver
To power on/off the device, long-press the power button for 3 seconds. Short-press the power button to toggle the screen saver on/off.
Audio and Video Recording
To start video recording, short-press the video recording button. For audio recording, short-press the audio recording button. During video recording, you can switch to audio recording by pressing the audio recording button briefly.
Function Buttons
The device includes various function buttons such as camera, infrared lamp, photosensitive element, white light lamp, playback button, menu button, etc. Refer to the manual for detailed operation of each button.
Precautions
Ensure to follow precautions such as avoiding exposure to direct sunlight, using original charger, and not disassembling the device without authorization.

Function Descriptions
Playback
Enter the playback interface to browse recorded videos, photos, and audio files.
Audio and Video Settings
There are 8 options: “4K/30; 1440P/30; 1296P/30; 1080P/60; 1080P/30; 720P/60; 720P/30; 480P/30”. The larger the value, the higher the resolution, the larger the file size, and the shorter the recording time with the same memory and battery power. The opposite is true for smaller values.
Photo Resolution
- There are 7 options: “8M, 14M, 20M, 26M, 32M, 40M, 48M”, representing 8 – megapixel to 48 – megapixel respectively. The larger the value, the higher the resolution and the larger the file size. The opposite is true for smaller values.
Photo Burst Shooting
- There are 5 options: “Off, 3 shots, 5 shots, 10 shots, 20 shots”. Burst shooting means that when the device is in standby mode or during video recording, pressing the photo-taking button once can continuously take multiple photos.
Video Pre-Recording
- There are 2 options: “Off, On”. Video pre-recording means that the screen within ≥ 10 seconds before pressing the video-recording button after the device is turned on can also be recorded into the video (the higher the resolution, the shorter the pre-recording time). After enabling it and returning to the main screen, the video pre-recording function starts, and a blue dot flashes on the screen. Short-press the recording button to stop or continue recording.
Video Post – Recording
- There are 5 options: “Off, 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes”.(For example, if 1 minute is selected, 1 minute of additional recording will be added to the original video after the recording ends.)
Loop Recording
- There are 2 options: “Off, On”. When the device prompts that the memory is full during video recording, enabling the loop recording setting allows the system to automatically overwrite the earliest video file and continue recording.
Segment Time
- There are 3 options: “5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes”. After
- selecting the specified time, the video file will be stored in segments according to the specified time.
Video Sound
- There are 2 options: “Off, On”. When enabled, sound will be recorded while recording video.
Motion Detection
- There are 2 options: “Off, On”. When the device is placed stationary, turned on, and the video-recording button is enabled, if there is no object movement in front of the lens, the device is in standby mode. When there is a moving object, it will automatically start recording for 30 seconds. If there is no object movement within 30 seconds, it will stop recording after 30 seconds. If there is an object movement, it will continue recording until there is no object movement within 30 seconds, and then stop recording and enter standby mode.
System Settings
- There are 2 options: “On, Off”. When enabled, connect to the mobile APP to view the recording screen in real – time and perform operations such as taking photos, recording videos, and viewing files.
Auto – Screen Off
- There are 5 options: “Off, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes”. It is used for the power – saving mode. The display screen will automatically turn off within the set screen – saver time, and can be awakened by pressing any key.
Auto-Shutdown
- There are 4 options: “Off, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes”. Auto – shutdown means that the device will automatically shut down after being turned on without any operation.
Sound Prompt
- Used to turn on or off the key-press sound and voice broadcast.
Volume Adjustment
- There are 3 options: “Low, Medium, High”, used to adjust the current output sound of the device.
Super Storage
- There are 2 options: “Off, On”. When enabled, the recorded video will reduce the original set video quality by half, reducing the memory occupied space and increasing the memory storage duration.
Car – Mode
- There are 2 options: “Off, On”. When enabled, the device will automatically turn on and start recording when the car is ignited, and will automatically shut down 1 minute after the car is turned off.
Password Protection
- After selecting to turn off this function, all permissions will be opened. No password is required for all settings of this device and USB data reading. The default password is 000000 (i.e., press the “OK” button 6 times in a row).
Modify Password
- After entering the current password, you can change the new password. Use the up or down button to select the number or letter (uppercase or lowercase), and after selection, press the “OK” button to confirm and move to the next field for setting. After the setting is completed, press the return button to exit the menu, and the new password will take effect.
Infrared Control
- There are 2 options: “Manual, Auto”. When set to auto, the light sensor automatically senses the external environment’s brightness. In low-light conditions, it will automatically switch to the infrared mode, the infrared lamp will turn on, and the image will turn black and white. When set to manual, to switch to the infrared mode, long-press the infrared control button.
Device ID Setting
- You can set the device ID. Use the up or down button to select the number or letter (uppercase or lowercase), and after selection, press the “OK” button to confirm and jump to the next field for setting.
Police ID Setting
- You can set the police ID. Use the up or down button to select the number or letter (uppercase or lowercase), and after selection, press the “OK” button to confirm and jump to the next field for setting.
Language Setting
- There are 2 options: “Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese”.
Voice Broadcast
- There are 2 options: “Off, On”. When the voice broadcast is enabled, the device will broadcast the police ID when turned on and “Start recording” when recording video. [*The sound prompt must also be enabled.]
Time/Date Setting
- Used to set the current required time and date. You can only change it after entering the password. Use the up or down button to adjust the correct date or time, and press the “OK” button to confirm the setting and move to the next field for setting.
Restore Factory Settings
- Used to restore the factory parameters of the system.
Firmware Version
- You can view the version information of the current device.
WIFI Connection and APP Operation Instructions
- Download the “Lufengzhe” APP on your mobile phone.
- Turn on the recorder, open the WiFi mode in the system settings. A WiFi icon will be displayed in the lower – right corner of the screen, and the device is in the waiting – for – connection state. Open the WiFi on your mobile phone, search for “(K3)”, and select to connect (default password: 12345678).
- Open the “Lufengzhe” APP on your mobile phone, click [Enter Recorder]. After a successful connection, the WiFi account name will be displayed on the recorder interface. You can then use the mobile APP to perform operations such as recording videos, taking photos, setting, and viewing files on the recorder.

If consumers use a power adapter for power supply, they should purchase a compatible power adapter, has obtained CCC certification and meets the standard requirements.
Note: It takes about 4 hours to fully charge the device when it is turned off.
