4. Setup

5. Operation

  1. Connect to Battery: Carefully connect the charger's output connector to your 60V lead acid battery. Ensure correct polarity. The charger features "Zero Voltage Output On Open Circuit" for safety, meaning it will not output voltage until a battery is connected.
  2. Connect to Power: Plug the AC power cord into a suitable wall outlet.
  3. Charging Indication: The LED indicator on the charger will turn RED, signifying that charging is in progress.
  4. Full Charge Indication: Once the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn GREEN. The charger features automatic conversion to prevent overcharging.
