7. Maintenance

  • Battery Care: The built-in lithium battery provides approximately 10 hours of operation for the transmitter and 13 hours for the receiver. Recharge fully before extended storage.
  • Cleaning: Unplug the charger from the AC outlet before attempting any maintenance or cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the devices.
  • Storage: Store the devices in a dry environment. Avoid extreme temperatures and moist conditions.
  • Disposal: Do not dispose of electrical and electronic products, batteries, and accumulators as unsorted municipal waste. Utilize designated collection locations at the end of their working life, in accordance with local laws.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Signal/Audio: Ensure both transmitter and receiver are powered on and charged. Verify that they are paired to the same channel. Check all cable connections (microphone, earphone).
  • Out-of-Bounds Reminder: If the receiver moves beyond the effective working area (approx. 200m in open space), an out-of-bounds reminder may activate. Move closer to the transmitter to restore connection.
  • Image showing an out-of-bounds reminder on the receiver when exceeding 200m distance from the transmitter.

  • Automatic Shut-down: The system will automatically shut down after 10 minutes if no signal is detected. This is a power-saving feature.
  • Pairing Issues: If automatic pairing fails, try manual pairing. Ensure devices are within 5m during the pairing process.

9. User Tips

  • Using AUX Input: The transmitter features an AUX input, allowing you to connect external audio sources like sound mixers or smartphones for a richer audio experience during your tour or presentation.
  • Receiver Audio Type: The receiver's headphone output is typically mono, optimized for clear voice transmission in tour guide systems.
  • Optimal Placement: For best performance, ensure the transmitter's antenna is extended and positioned clearly. Avoid placing devices in pockets or under clothing that might obstruct the signal.
  • Battery Management: Regularly check the battery indicators on both units. Fully charge devices before each use to ensure uninterrupted operation.
