8.3 Tuya APP Connectivity Issues

  • WiFi Network: Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz WiFi signal and your phone is connected to it during pairing.
  • Signal Strength: Place the monitor within good range of your WiFi router.
  • Re-pairing: If issues persist, try resetting the device (refer to the app for specific reset instructions if available) and re-pairing it with the Tuya APP.
  • App Version: Ensure your Tuya APP is updated to the latest version.

8.4 Screen Not Waking Up

  • Ensure the approach wake-up function is enabled in the Tuya APP settings.
  • Wave your hand clearly and close to the device's proximity sensor.

9. User Tips

  • For the most accurate CO2 readings, especially after moving the device, allow it to run for at least 30 minutes in the new environment.
  • Regularly check the Tuya app for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and new features.
  • Consider placing the monitor in areas where air quality is a concern, such as bedrooms, living rooms, or near cooking areas.
  • If you notice consistently high readings for certain pollutants, investigate potential sources (e.g., new furniture for HCHO, poor ventilation for CO2).
