2.2 Device Overview

2.3 Charging the Device

The LM series rangefinders are equipped with a rechargeable 1500mAh Li-ion battery. To charge, connect the provided USB cable to the charge jack on the device and a suitable USB power source. The charge indicator will show the charging status.

2.4 Adjusting Focus

The objective lens can be rotated to adjust the focus length, making it suitable for various eyesight conditions. Rotate the eyepiece until the view is clear.

3. Operating Instructions

The UNI-T LM series rangefinders offer multiple measurement functions including height, distance, angle, and speed. The device features a power/measurement button and a mode button on the top.

3.1 Basic Measurement (Distance, Height, Angle)

To perform a basic measurement, aim the device at the target and short press the measurement button. The device will display the angle, actual distance, and vertical and horizontal distances. The new measurement mode allows simultaneous display of height, distance, and angle.

3.2 Continuous Measurement (Scan Mode)

For continuous measurement, short press the mode button to switch to the continuous measurement mode. 'SCAN' will appear on the upper left of the lens. Long press the measurement key to start continuous measurement, and the instrument will display the measurement distance, altitude, and angle in real-time as you scan across targets.

3.3 Speed Measurement

First, switch to the speed measurement function using the mode button. Short press the measurement key and follow the moving object. The instrument will display the object's movement speed in real-time. Note that speed measurement is for reference only.

3.4 Golf Trajectory Correction

This function helps calculate golf advice and batting distance. The range value (AB) and slope value (<±20°) are used in the golf flight trajectory equation to provide corrected distances.
