3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
3. The indicator light on the case will show charging status. A full charge for the case takes approximately 2 hours. Earbuds take about 1 hour to fully charge.

3.2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed in the charging case.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for available devices and select "ACEFAST ACECLIP Pro".
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

3.3. Connecting to the ACEFAST App

Enhance your experience by connecting your earbuds to the dedicated ACEFAST app. The app allows you to customize touch controls, switch sound effects, and adjust your unique sound profile.

4. Operation

4.1. Wearing the Earbuds

The ACECLIP Pro features an open-ear clip design for comfort. Gently clip the earbuds onto your ears, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. The 0.58mm aviation-grade titanium wire ensures stability.

4.2. Smart Touch Controls

The earbuds feature omnidirectional smart touch controls. A single tap does not trigger any action, significantly reducing accidental touches.

  • Play music / Pause music
• Three strokes:
  • End call / Reject incoming call
  • Previous track / Next track

4.3. Outdoor Enhancement Mode

5. Maintenance

5.1. Dust and Water Resistance (IP55)

The ACECLIP Pro earbuds are rated IP55 dustproof and waterproof. This means they are protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. However, please note:

• The IP55 protection level applies to the headphone body.
• They are NOT resistant to hot water.
• Do NOT wear them during bathing or swimming.
• Clean the earbuds promptly after exercise to avoid sweat infiltration causing damage.

• Keep the earbuds and charging case clean and dry.
• Avoid extreme temperatures.
• Do not disassemble the product.

7.1. Earbuds Not Pairing

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Place earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid to re-enter pairing mode.
• Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
• Forget/delete "ACEFAST ACECLIP Pro" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.

7.2. One Earbud Not Working

• Check if both earbuds are charged.
• Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again.
• Try resetting the earbuds (refer to the app or manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if needed).

7.3. Low Volume or Poor Sound Quality

• Ensure the earbuds are properly seated on your ears.
• Clean any debris from the speaker grilles.
• Adjust the volume on both your device and through the earbud controls.
