3. Setup and Installation

This roof cargo carrier is designed for easy installation onto most vehicle crossbars. The welded frame comes in four sections that are assembled and then mounted using universal U-bolts.

3.2 Assembly Steps

3. Attach Fairings: Secure the Front, Side, and Back Fairings to the basket frame using the appropriate screws. The Front Fairing helps reduce wind resistance and noise.
4. Prepare Mounting Hardware: Place foam padding on the U-bolts to protect your vehicle's crossbars.
5. Mount to Crossbars: Position the assembled roof rack basket onto your vehicle's crossbars. Use the four universal U-bolts, bracket top plates, washers, and wing nuts to securely fasten the basket to the crossbars. Tighten all wing nuts evenly until the basket is firmly attached and does not wobble.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Loading Cargo

• The roof rack has a maximum load capacity of 200 lbs. Do not exceed this weight limit.
• Distribute the weight of your cargo evenly across the basket to maintain vehicle stability.
• Place heavier items at the bottom and center of the basket.

4.2 Securing Cargo

• Use the included waterproof bag to protect sensitive items from weather elements.
• Cover your cargo with the cargo net, hooking it to the basket rails to keep items contained.
