Your MIA HRV system can be controlled via an optional smart LCD controller, offering various functionalities for optimal indoor air management.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your MIA HRV system. The unit features a lock-type access door for convenient access to internal components.

5.1. Energy Recovery Exchanger Cleaning

The PSY high thermal conductivity molecular material exchanger is washable. Follow these steps for cleaning:

  1. Soak the exchanger in water to clean.
  2. Lay it on an angle and rinse with a shower.

5.2. Filter Maintenance

The system utilizes various filters, some of which are washable and reusable.

  • Early Effect + Activated Carbon Filter: This filter is washable and can be used repeatedly, reducing consumable costs. It efficiently filters dust particles and has low wind resistance.
  • High-voltage Electrostatic Dust Collection Filter (Optional): This filter is also washable and can be cleaned with a brush. It effectively kills bacteria and prevents infection.
  • HEPA H13 Filter (Optional): This filter is not typically washable and should be replaced when indicated by the controller's filter replacement reminder.

The controllers include a filter replacement reminder to alert you when maintenance is needed.
