  1. Connect the Receiver (RX) Unit: Plug the RX unit into an available HDMI port on your display device (e.g., TV, monitor, projector). Ensure the display device is powered on and switch its input source to the corresponding HDMI port.

Step 1: Connect RX unit to TV HDMI port
Step 1: Connect the Receiver (RX) unit to your TV's HDMI input and select the correct signal source.
  2. Connect the Transmitter (TX) Unit: Plug the TX unit into an available HDMI port on your source device (e.g., laptop, PC, game console). Connect a 5V/2A power adapter (not included) to the TX unit's Type-C port to ensure stable operation. The system will automatically pair and display your screen.

Step 2: Connect TX unit to laptop HDMI and power
Step 2: Connect the Transmitter (TX) unit to your computer's HDMI port and provide 5V/2A power.

5. Operating Modes

The G128-HD supports two primary display modes and offers a privacy feature:

5.1 Mirror Mode (Same Screen)

In Mirror Mode, your source device's screen is duplicated on the connected display. This is ideal for presentations, sharing content, or enjoying media on a larger screen.

5.2 Extend Mode (Split Screen)

In Extend Mode, the connected display acts as an extension of your source device's screen, allowing you to have different content on each display. This is useful for multitasking, such as working on one screen while having entertainment on another.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Signal/Black Screen:
    • Ensure both TX and RX units are securely connected to their respective devices.
    • Verify the display device is set to the correct HDMI input source.
    • Confirm the TX unit is receiving adequate power (5V/2A).
    • Try pressing the disconnect/reconnect button on the TX unit.
  • Flickering or Unstable Picture:
    • Ensure there are no significant obstructions between the TX and RX units.
    • Reduce the distance between the TX and RX units.
    • Minimize interference from other wireless devices operating on 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequencies.
    • Check if the source device's resolution is set to 1080P/60Hz or lower.
  • No Audio:
    • Check audio settings on both your source device and display device.
    • Ensure the HDMI cable connections are firm.
  • Connection Issues:
    • If the units do not pair automatically, try pressing the reset/pairing button on both units simultaneously (refer to specific instructions if provided with the device for pairing mode).
    • Ensure both units are within the effective transmission range (up to 50 meters line-of-sight).

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the units. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the units in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
  • Handling: Handle the units with care. Avoid dropping or subjecting them to strong impacts.
  • Power: Always use a compatible 5V/2A power adapter for the TX unit to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

8. User Tips

  • For the best wireless performance, ensure a clear line of sight between the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) units. Walls and other obstacles can reduce the effective transmission range.
  • When using the TX unit with devices that have limited power output via HDMI (e.g., some laptops), always connect an external 5V/2A power supply to the TX unit's Type-C port for stable operation.
  • Utilize the one-key disconnect feature on the TX unit for quick privacy control during meetings or presentations.
  • The dual-band 2.4G+5G frequency support helps maintain a stable connection. If you experience interference, try adjusting the placement of the units.
