The hydraulic system requires hydraulic oil, which is not included. Fill the hydraulic reservoir with appropriate hydraulic oil before first use. Consult a specialist if unsure about the correct type or filling procedure.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Driving

Use the remote controller's joysticks to control the truck's movement (forward, backward, left, right). Familiarize yourself with the controls in an open, safe area before attempting complex maneuvers.

6.2 Hydraulic Dumper Operation

The hydraulic lift system allows for realistic dumping action. Use the designated controls on your remote to raise and lower the dump bed. The powerful hydraulic lift ensures smooth operation even with heavy loads.

  • Hydraulic System: Periodically check the hydraulic oil level and replenish as needed. Inspect hydraulic lines for leaks or damage.
  • Battery Care: Always disconnect the battery after use. Store Li-Po batteries in a safe, cool place and follow manufacturer guidelines for charging and storage.
  • Lubrication: Apply appropriate lubricant to moving metal parts, such as gears and joints, to ensure smooth operation and prevent wear.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 No Power / Truck Not Responding

  • Check if the battery is fully charged and correctly installed.
  • Ensure the truck's power switch is ON.
  • Verify the remote controller batteries are charged and the remote is ON.
  • Confirm the remote controller and receiver are properly bound.

8.2 Hydraulic Lift Not Working

  • Check the hydraulic oil level in the reservoir.
  • Ensure the pump motor and ESC connections are secure.
  • Verify the hydraulic control on the remote is functioning correctly.
  • Inspect hydraulic lines for blockages or leaks.

8.3 Poor Driving Performance

  • Check for debris caught in the wheels or axles.
  • Ensure differential locks are engaged or disengaged as appropriate for the terrain.
  • Verify the driving motor and ESC connections.
  • Check tire pressure (if applicable) and tread for wear.

9. User Tips

  • Battery Management: Consider using an extra-long power cable to accommodate larger batteries in the frame rail for extended playtime.
  • Terrain Adaptation: Utilize the 10x10 all-wheel drive and differential lock features to optimize traction and maneuverability on challenging surfaces or with heavy loads.
  • Realistic Operation: Practice using the hydraulic lift and sound/light systems to enhance the immersive experience of operating a miniature dumper truck.
