Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Deerma DEM-F600 Ultrasonic Humidifier. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

Important Safety Instructions
- Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, waterproof surface.
- Do not place the humidifier near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Ensure the voltage specified on the product matches your local power supply (110-240V adaptive).
- Unplug the humidifier before filling, cleaning, or moving it.
- Do not immerse the base unit in water or other liquids.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not block the air inlet or mist outlet.
- Only use clean, cool tap water. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to prevent mineral buildup.
- Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank unless specified for an aromatherapy tray.
- The humidifier features water shortage and power-off protection; it will automatically shut down when water levels are too low.
Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the humidifier and all accessories from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and furniture.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the humidifier and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. The humidifier is designed to be adaptive for 110-240V power supplies. If an adapter plug (e.g., EU plug) is provided, ensure it is correctly used for your region.
- Fill Water Tank:
- Remove the top cover of the humidifier.
- Pour clean, cool tap water directly into the water tank. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. The tank capacity is 5.0 liters.
- Replace the top cover securely.

- Initial Operation: Allow the humidifier to sit for 10-15 minutes after filling to allow the water to settle and the filter to saturate.

Operating Instructions
The humidifier features a touch screen for easy control.

- Power On/Off: Touch the power icon on the control panel to turn the humidifier on or off.
- Adjust Mist Output: The humidifier has 3 mist output levels. Touch the mist control icon repeatedly to cycle through low, medium, and high settings.
- Select Humidification Mode:
- Standard Mode: Provides continuous humidification at your selected mist level.
- Sleep Mode: Activates a quiet operation mode, typically with a lower mist output, ideal for nighttime use.
- Aromatherapy Function: If your model includes an aromatherapy tray (usually a small drawer or compartment), add a few drops of essential oil to the pad in the tray. Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank.
- Timer Function: Use the timer function to set the humidifier to operate for a specific duration before automatically shutting off.

Note: If the control panel buttons are labeled in Chinese, a translation guide will be provided with your product to assist with operation.
Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your humidifier.
- Daily Maintenance:
- Empty and rinse the water tank daily.
- Refill with fresh, cool water.
- Weekly Cleaning:
- Unplug the humidifier before cleaning.
- Remove the water tank and empty any remaining water.
- Clean the water tank and base with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Activated Carbon Filter: The humidifier is equipped with an activated carbon filter. This filter is washable and designed for recycled use, aiding in air purification.
- To clean the filter, gently rinse it under running water. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.

- Storage: If storing the humidifier for an extended period, ensure all parts are clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place.

User Tips
- For best results and to minimize white dust, consider using distilled or demineralized water.

- Regularly check the water level, especially when using the sleep mode overnight, to ensure continuous operation.
