4. Setup and Assembly
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage. Ensure all parts are present before proceeding with assembly.
4.2 Placement
Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the treadmill for safe operation, especially at the rear for emergency dismount.
4.3 Unfolding the Treadmill
The MC-160 features an ultra-compact vertical folding system. To unfold, gently lower the running deck until it locks into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are secure before use.

4.4 Power Connection

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel
The treadmill is equipped with an intuitive LED display and control buttons. The display shows real-time information such as Speed, Time, Distance, and Calories burned.

5.2 Starting a Workout
- Attach the safety key to your clothing and insert the other end into the designated slot on the control panel. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.
- Press the 'START' button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
- Adjust the speed using the '+' and '-' buttons on the console or handlebars.
5.3 Using Training Programs
The MC-160 offers 12 pre-set training programs (P01-P12) to vary your workout intensity. Each program has a unique speed profile.

To select a program, press the 'PROGRAM' button until your desired program (P01-P12) is displayed. Press 'START' to begin the program.
5.4 App Connectivity (Kinomap & Bluetooth Music)
Enhance your workout experience by connecting your mobile device via Bluetooth.
- Kinomap Application: Download the Kinomap app from Google Play or the App Store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your treadmill for interactive training sessions.
- Bluetooth Music: Connect your device to the treadmill's Bluetooth for audio playback through the treadmill's speakers (if equipped) or your connected device.

5.5 Stopping a Workout
Press the 'STOP' button to gradually slow down and stop the treadmill belt. In an emergency, pull the safety key to immediately stop the treadmill.

6.1 Cleaning
Wipe down the treadmill surfaces with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Thanks to its ultra-compact vertical folding system and transport wheels, the MC-160 can be easily stored. To fold, lift the running deck until it locks into its vertical position. Use the transport wheels to move it to a suitable storage location.

6.5 Running Surface Construction
