5.2. Wiring

IMPORTANT: All wiring must be done with the power OFF. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the device, electrical shock, or fire.

1. Identify the "电源 SOURCE" (Power Source) terminals and "负载 LOAD" (Load) terminals at the bottom of the device.
2. Connect the incoming Live (L) wire from your AC 220V/240V power supply to the "L" terminal under "电源 SOURCE".
3. Connect the incoming Neutral (N) wire from your AC 220V/240V power supply to the "N" terminal under "电源 SOURCE".
4. Connect the Live (L) wire of your electrical load (e.g., street lamp, advertising light) to the "L" terminal under "负载 LOAD".

6.1. Setting Current Time and Day

1. Press the "时钟" (Clock) button to ensure you are in the main time display mode.
2. Press and hold the "时钟" (Clock) button, then simultaneously press "校时" (Calibrate Hour) to set the hour.
3. While still holding "时钟" (Clock), press "校分" (Calibrate Minute) to set the minute.
4. While still holding "时钟" (Clock), press "校星期" (Calibrate Weekday) to set the current day of the week (e.g., Mo for Monday, Tu for Tuesday, etc.).
5. Release the "时钟" (Clock) button. The current time and day are now set.

6.2. Programming ON/OFF Cycles

The KG316T/KG316T-D allows you to set multiple ON/OFF programs. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time, and can be configured for specific days of the week.

1. Press the "定时" (Timing) button. The display will show "1 ON" (or similar, indicating the first ON program).
2. Use "校时" (Calibrate Hour), "校分" (Calibrate Minute), and "校星期" (Calibrate Weekday) to set the desired ON time and days for the first program. You can select individual days, weekdays, weekends, or all days.
3. Press "定时" (Timing) again. The display will show "1 OFF" (indicating the first OFF program).
4. Use "校时" (Calibrate Hour), "校分" (Calibrate Minute), and "校星期" (Calibrate Weekday) to set the desired OFF time and days for the first program.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for additional ON/OFF programs (e.g., "2 ON", "2 OFF", etc.) as needed. The device typically supports a certain number of programs (e.g., 8, 16, or 20).
