Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the mouse.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the low battery indicator appears.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the mouse using the switch on the underside to conserve battery. Store the USB receiver in its designated slot.
- Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the mouse to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is charged.
- Check if the mode switch is set correctly (2.4G, BT1, or BT2).
- For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in.
- For Bluetooth, ensure the mouse is paired and within range of the device. Try re-pairing if necessary.
- Try connecting to a different USB port or device to rule out port/device issues.
- Intermittent connection:
- Ensure there are no strong interference sources nearby (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects).
- Move the mouse closer to the receiver/device.
- Ensure the mouse battery is not low.
- Cursor movement is erratic:
- Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
- Use the mouse on a clean, non-reflective surface.
- Adjust DPI settings to a comfortable level.
