1. Introduction

The PowMr Hybrid Solar Inverter is an all-in-one solution that combines inverter output and bypass output functions. It is designed to efficiently convert DC power from batteries or solar panels into stable AC power for your appliances. This inverter supports charging from both photovoltaic (solar) and AC power sources and features a built-in MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) solar charger controller for optimized solar energy harvesting. It is compatible with various battery types, including lead-acid and lithium batteries, and incorporates multiple protection functions to ensure system safety and stability.

3. Setup

3.1. General Overview

3.2. Wiring Diagram

3.3. Battery Compatibility

The inverter is compatible with both lead-acid and lithium batteries. It supports various types of lead-acid batteries including AGM, GEL, Flooded (FLD), and Sealed Lead-Acid (SLD), as well as Lithium (LI) batteries. Ensure your battery type is correctly configured in the inverter settings.

3.4. PV Input Configuration

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Charging Modes

The inverter can be configured with four charging modes, allowing flexibility in how your batteries are charged:

  • Solar priority charging
  • Utility priority charging
  • Solar and Utility charging
  • Only Solar charging

The maximum hybrid charging current (AC charger + PV charger) is 80A.

4.2. AC Output Modes

The inverter supports four AC output modes to suit different application scenarios:

4.3. Lithium Battery Activation

4.5. Power Saving Mode

The power saving mode activates when the load is less than or equal to 50W, helping to conserve energy when demand is low.
