  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

  3. Assemble:
    • Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
    • Insert the filter basket securely into the motor base.
    • Place the juice collector and pulp container into their designated positions.
    • Attach the lid, ensuring it aligns correctly with the motor base and the feed chute.
    • Secure the safety locking bar on both sides of the juicer. The juicer will not operate unless the locking bar is properly engaged.

Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Produce: Wash all fruits and vegetables. For the 2.5-inch wide feed chute, most fruits and vegetables can be inserted whole or cut into large pieces. Remove large seeds (e.g., peach, avocado) and hard pits. Peel citrus fruits.
  2. Place Juice Cup: Position a cup (not included, maximum 5 inches tall) under the juice spout.
  3. Select Speed: Turn the speed dial to the desired setting:
    • '1' (Low Speed, 12000-15000 RPM): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, oranges, strawberries, kiwi, grapes, and tomatoes.
    • '2' (High Speed, 12000-18000 RPM): Suitable for harder fruits and vegetables like carrots, apples, pears, pineapple, celery, and cucumbers.
    • 'P' (Pulse/Highest Speed): Provides maximum speed when held down. Release to return to off. Use for quick bursts or to clear blockages.
  4. Begin Juicing: Slowly feed the prepared produce into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the produce down. Do not force the produce, as this can strain the motor.
  5. Continuous Operation: The juicer is designed for continuous operation, but avoid running it empty for extended periods. If juicing large quantities, allow the motor to rest periodically.
  6. Finish Juicing: Once all produce has been juiced, turn the speed dial to the '0' (Off) position and unplug the appliance.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your juicer, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Juicer does not turn on. Not properly assembled or safety locking bar not engaged. Power cord not plugged in. Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and the safety locking bar is securely engaged. Check if the power cord is firmly plugged into a working outlet.
Motor stops during operation. Overload protection activated due to too much produce or hard produce. Turn off the juicer and unplug it. Remove excess produce. Allow the motor to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before restarting. Reduce the amount of produce fed at once.
Low juice yield or excessive pulp in juice. Incorrect speed setting for produce. Filter basket clogged. Ensure you are using the appropriate speed setting (Speed 1 for soft, Speed 2 for hard). Clean the filter basket thoroughly, as dried pulp can reduce efficiency.
Vibrations or loud noise. Filter basket not properly seated or damaged. Turn off and unplug the juicer. Re-seat the filter basket, ensuring it is firmly in place. Inspect the filter for any damage.

User Tips

  • For best results, use fresh, ripe fruits and vegetables.
  • Always ensure the juicer is assembled correctly and the safety lock is engaged before operating.
  • Feed produce slowly and steadily. Do not overload the feed chute.
  • Clean the juicer immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and making cleaning more difficult.
  • Experiment with different fruit and vegetable combinations to discover your favorite juice recipes.
  • If juicing leafy greens, roll them into a tight ball before inserting them into the feed chute for better extraction.
