4. Basic Operation

4.1 Power On / Off

  • When ACC is connected, press the power button on the front panel to switch on the machine.
  • To switch off, turn off the engine and unplug the car key.

4.2 Volume Adjustment

Press the volume buttons (VOL+/VOL-) on the front panel to adjust the volume. Some models may have a dedicated volume control button.

When the system reboots, it will resume to the last active mode. For radio, it will resume the last radio channel. For music or video, it will resume playing the last song or video.

5.1.1 Wi-Fi Connection

Go to 'Settings' > 'Wi-Fi' and ensure Wi-Fi is switched on. Search for your desired Wi-Fi hotspot, enter the password, and touch 'Connect'. You can also change language type, input, and keyboard settings here.

5.2 Car Infotainment Settings

5.2.1 General Settings

  • Sleep Mode: Toggle ON/OFF.
  • Assistive Touch: Toggle ON/OFF. This feature provides 7 commonly used options on top of the screen for easy navigation.
  • Reverse Volume Suppression: Adjusts the volume when the car is in reverse. Options include None, Weak, Medium, and Strong. 'None' means no change, 'Strong' means maximum lowering.
  • Boot Logo: Touch to set the boot logo. Enter password (5678) to access the boot menu.
  • Reset All Settings: Touch 'Restore Factory Setting' and confirm. The system will restart and revert to factory defaults, removing all custom settings.

5.2.2 Display Setting

Adjust the display brightness for daytime and nighttime. Options for 'Daytime Backlight Set' and 'Nighttime Backlight Set' are available, along with an 'Auto Mode'.

  • Repeat and Shuffle: Toggle shuffling of songs. Switch repeat modes (repeat current song, repeat all songs).
  • Volume/Sound: Adjust volume and sound settings.
  • Collection/File List: Access music collections and file lists.
  • Folders and Listing: Refresh music listings. Use the search button to find specific music folders.
  • Audio Display: View 'Favorite audios' and 'History play'.

6.4 Bluetooth

The hands-free Bluetooth function allows safe calling while driving.

  • Pairing: To activate hands-free, pair your mobile phone. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, search for the device (e.g., BT6091), and enter the PIN (0000). A 'CONNECTED' sign will appear.
  • Reconnecting: If previously paired, touch the connect icon to reconnect. Touch the disconnect icon to end the connection.
  • Making Phone Calls: Dial directly on the screen or use the dial pad. Use the backspace icon to correct numbers. Press the call icon to dial or the hang-up icon to end a call.
  • During Conversation: Touch the speaker icon to switch between private mode and loud speaker.
  • Syncing Contacts: The machine supports syncing contacts from your phone. Touch the download icon to sync. Synced contacts will appear during calls. The contact book supports name search by first alphabet.
  • Call History: View outgoing, incoming, and missed calls. You can call back or delete entries from history.
  • Bluetooth Music: Play music from your mobile phone through the car's speakers. Supports 'Previous', 'Next', 'Pause', and 'Play' controls.

  • Turn off the power before cleaning.

8.1 GPS Antenna Installation Guide

It is recommended to install the GPS antenna on the dashboard or rear shelf. The antenna should be placed on a level surface facing the sky to minimize radio wave blockage. Tempered glass or tint may weaken the signal, so installing the antenna outside the vehicle is recommended.

  1. Surface Preparation: Before affixing, clean the designated surface with a suitable cleaner.
  2. Antenna Placement: Remove the backing from the tape and firmly press the GPS antenna into place.
  3. Cable Routing: Remove the side cover, route the cable through the storage box until it reaches the control panel of the machine. Secure the cable with a cable tie.
  4. Connection: Connect the GPS antenna's plug to the machine.
