  • Avoid using the mouse on surfaces with low finish or rough textures (e.g., carpets, rough wood) to prevent damage to the sensor and feet.
  • Do not subject the mouse to strong impacts or violent pressure.
  • Do not use the mouse in high temperatures or under direct strong light.
  • Keep the mouse away from liquids. Do not immerse it in water.
  • Clean the mouse regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not responding:
    • Ensure the mouse is sufficiently charged.
    • Check if the USB receiver is properly plugged into the computer's USB port (for 2.4G wireless mode).
    • Verify the mouse is powered on and in the correct connection mode (2.4G, Bluetooth, or Wired).
    • If in 2.4G wireless mode, remember that the mouse light will not illuminate if the receiver is not connected.
  • Lag or disconnections:
    • Ensure the mouse is within the effective transmission distance (approximately 10 meters for 2.4G wireless).
