2. Product Overview
The VALKYRIE VK87 V2 is a tri-mode mechanical keyboard featuring a GASKET structure, hot-swappable switches, and advanced customization options. It supports dual 8kHz polling rate for ultra-low latency and is equipped with a high-capacity battery.
2.1 Key Components

3. Setup and Connection
3.1 2.4G Wireless Connection
- Toggle the mode switch on the keyboard to 2.4G mode.
- Press and hold FN + Q for 3 seconds until the Q key's green indicator flashes rapidly. This indicates the keyboard is in pairing mode.
- Insert the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. The keyboard and receiver will pair automatically.
- Upon successful pairing, the Q key's green indicator will stay solid for 2 seconds, then turn off, and the keyboard will return to its normal backlight mode.
Note: If no pairable device is found within 60 seconds, the keyboard will automatically exit pairing mode and enter sleep mode.
Reconnection (2.4G)
During 2.4G reconnection, the Q key's indicator flashes slowly. Upon successful reconnection, the indicator returns to normal backlight. Pressing any key during reconnection extends the time. If reconnection fails within 30 seconds after key release, the backlight will turn off and the keyboard will enter sleep mode. If pairing fails after entering pairing mode again following a successful pairing, the keyboard will enter sleep mode but retain the last successful pairing data.

3.2 Bluetooth Wireless Connection
- Toggle the mode switch on the keyboard to BT mode.
- Press and hold the FN + W/E/R combination keys for 3 seconds until the white indicators on the W/E/R keys flash rapidly. This indicates the keyboard is in pairing mode for Bluetooth 1, 2, or 3 respectively.
- On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), search for Bluetooth devices and select "VK 87 MAX V2" to connect.
- Upon successful Bluetooth connection, the indicator will stay solid for 2 seconds, then turn off, and the keyboard will return to its normal backlight mode.
Note: If no pairable device is found within 60 seconds, the keyboard will automatically exit pairing mode and enter sleep mode.
Reconnection (Bluetooth)
During Bluetooth reconnection, the W/E/R indicators flash slowly. Upon successful reconnection, the indicators return to normal backlight. Pressing any key during reconnection extends the time. If pairing fails again after re-entering pairing mode, the keyboard enters sleep mode but retains the last successful pairing data.

3.3 Wired Connection

- The keyboard uses a USB protocol. The rated charging voltage is 5V. It is recommended to charge via a computer's USB port, not via a charger or other fast-charging devices, to avoid damage risk.
- This product is not waterproof. Do not allow liquid to enter during use, as it may cause a short circuit, damage the PCB, and result in abnormal functions.
- Do not place or use the product in environments with temperatures above 45°C, as this may cause appearance deformation, battery bulging, or internal PCB damage.
