3. Setup and Connectivity

Initial Charging

The T-WOLF X7 mouse is equipped with a built-in 300mAh lithium battery. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the Type-C end to the mouse and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).

Connectivity Modes

The T-WOLF X7 supports three connection modes: 2.4G Wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and Wired (via Type-C cable).

2.4G Wireless Mode

  1. Unplug the USB receiver from the bottom of the mouse and plug it into an available USB port on your computer.
  2. Turn on the switch at the bottom of the mouse and push it down to the 'ON' position.
  3. The mouse and USB receiver will pair automatically within 5 seconds. The mouse is then ready for use.

Bluetooth Mode

  1. Turn on the switch at the bottom of the mouse and push it down to the 'ON' position.
  2. Short press the 'PB' button (pairing button) on the bottom of the mouse to switch to Bluetooth mode 1 (green light) or Bluetooth mode 2 (blue light).
  3. On your cell phone or computer device, go to 'Settings', then 'Bluetooth'.
  4. Search for Bluetooth devices and select 'X7 mouse' to initiate pairing.
  5. Once connected successfully, you can use the mouse normally.

Wired Mode

Simply connect the mouse to your computer using the provided Type-C charging cable. The mouse will function as a wired mouse and charge simultaneously.

Connectivity Issues

DPI or Performance Issues

  • DPI not changing: Ensure you are pressing the 'DPI Loop+/-' button. If the issue persists, try restarting the mouse.
  • Lag or erratic movement:
    1. Check battery level and charge if low.
    2. Ensure there are no obstructions between the mouse and the receiver (for 2.4G wireless).
    3. Avoid using the mouse on highly reflective or transparent surfaces.
    4. Clean the optical sensor at the bottom of the mouse.

9. Warranty and Support

Warranty Information

All T-WOLF products are covered by a 15-day exchange and a 1-year warranty policy from the date of sale. Please keep your warranty card and proof of purchase in a safe place.

  • This warranty card serves as the only proof of warranty for T-WOLF products.
  • Within 15 days from the date of sale, if the product fails to perform, and the product itself and its packaging are intact and free from scratches (except for human factors), it can be replaced with the same product.
  • Within 1 year from the date of sale, if the product fails to perform, the product will be covered by warranty (except for human damage).
  • The warranty does not cover products that are out of warranty period.
  • Accessories are not covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty is void if the machine is dismantled by non-staff.
