    • Check if the SIM card is installed correctly.
    • Verify that the SIM card supports the GSM network.
    • Ensure the SIM Card's PIN code is deactivated.
    • Confirm that call forwarding is not active.
  3. No GPS signal:
    • Ensure the device has an open view of the sky for normal GPS signal reception.
  4. No reply to SMS command:
    • Check if the command format is correct or if the SIM card has insufficient balance.
    • Ensure the SIM card has sufficient balance, supports making calls, sending messages, GPRS network, and has opened call shows and turned off call transfer.
  5. SMS position OK, but cannot use the APP and web platform:
    • Check if the APN is correctly set. Refer to section 4.2 for APN settings.
  6. Platform position is different from the actual position:
    • If there is no uploading position time or GPS signal, call the device's phone number to receive the position message.
    • If the message shows LBS tracking data (like Pic 2 in the manual), it means there is no GPS signal, and the position is the last known GPS location.
    • If the message shows GPS tracking data (like Pic 1 in the manual), it means the device has not yet reached the next uploading time.
